My hack for Uk users is the a Stovax flue pipe thermometer - gives a idea on the temperature inside without having to drill a hole for a analog thermostat it’s magnetic Sunshine BBQ are highly recommended - I’ve got one of there asado kits to chop n change to fit atop the Yama once I get summer done - I’d seen CWS’s video a while back for rotisseries -if you are into fabrication there is a hack to add a angled plate that holds lid at 45 degrees and suspended the rotisserie and keeps the oven theme going - also on my list to do is to further adapt that idea to drop in a pizza steel for Detroit type pies Longer term I have a idea for a offset smoker too And finally paint brush is great for sweeping out those hard to reach areas get all the ash out
I have something similar for my Napoleon BBQ which is a big brand over here in Canada, Napoleon is designed to cook at minus degrees which we have a lot of in the winter, we’ve cooked pizza at -35. Take care Dutchy
