Hi mate just watched a bunch of your videos for the past 3 hours (wow) so enjoyable to me. I spent 4 months in Tokyo/shinjuku in 2018 and loved it so much. I love your videos because I'm so curious to how life was in the 90s and early 2000s. I was born in 96 but there's something very nostalgic about the time then, and in shinjuku is just cool. Have you ever made videos of stories of your time living in Tokyo then? Cheers have a good day pal.
I haven't done much talking in my videos, particularly lately, although with the JV, EV, and JEV series the whole point is talking. I also have a blog - that often is just links to my videos (with some photos), but I write about things there from time-to-time - here is the blog: blog-LyleInTokyo - lylehsaxon.blogspot.com/
Thanks for the comment! Of the four cameras I used back then, this one was taken with the oldest - the Sony CCD-V900, which was hypersensitive to florescent light (making the picture too dark). I tried fixing that by setting the brightness manually, but really had it dialed way too high for most of this video (it was hard to adjust - the control wheel was tiny and slight adjustments made for huge changes), sorry the picture quality is so bad....

Worked in that area in the early nineties. Many thanks for the video.
