I just save file in Quick time and save with another codec. Thet open file in Adobe Media Encoder and there choose H.264

This is what l did l exported the video in quicktime(mov) then looked up for a mov to mp4 converter this is what l did since l don't have adobe media encoder.This is not the best solution but gets the job done.

@@Kamaria actually im having the same problem where its exporting it as an .mov instead of a .mp4 file so when i transfer it to my phone that can only view .mp4s as videos, it doesnt show up as a video.
if you wanna change mov to mp4 just rename it it works for me

Elvira Tomasino when I exported it, I just pressed rename and changed file type from “.mov” to “.mp4”.

when i try to watch it in files it says this item was encoded in a format not supported. is it beacause of output model?

that means u rendered something which is not mp4, try converting it using some sites
If you are on a PC then your computer is trying to play it through Media Player. Open Quicktime player and it should play fine.

it's ram issue, you need to close unwanted programs when you work on after effects,
try to create project with less composition file, means the less files in your project, run smooth
try to use file with low size, like use jpg image instead of png
