just tried it today (with the backswing) with an 8kg club and it's a real killer. you find missalignments in your spine that you didn't know they existed... one question though, at the bottom of the dragon squat you don't put your knee on the ground (this is the version i did). why? is it possible to go up in weight with the knee not touching the ground? many thanks as always
I don’t coach putting the knee on the ground, bc it impacts the knee and is a temporary rest. I want to stay active throughout the movement so I can change directions. Improves reaction time 💪🏼
