    Loving all this stuff! Totally new to it. When you say "pack the shoulders", what does that actually mean? I'm thinking pull them back and down, but not sure. Thanks.

    just tried it today (with the backswing) with an 8kg club and it's a real killer. you find missalignments in your spine that you didn't know they existed...
    one question though, at the bottom of the dragon squat you don't put your knee on the ground (this is the version i did). why? is it possible to go up in weight with the knee not touching the ground?

      I don’t coach putting the knee on the ground, bc it impacts the knee and is a temporary rest. I want to stay active throughout the movement so I can change directions. Improves reaction time 💪🏼
