can’t even imagine how self controlled u r, like im eatin pretty well rn, but i can foresee myself idulgin everything if im there cuz i paid for the food so i basically can eat as much a i wnt, n its just so hard to resist !
There is an allergen station at all 3 dining locations. NAVE's was my fav (they would make a custom stir fry), but Willage had some good options too. I would reach out to dining, as I think they have nutrition staff to work with you about dietary restrictions. Your options will be limited, but there will certainly be a few really good choices.
Yes, it has good options, but can get old quickly. They generally have some sort of lean meat (usually chicken), a hot vegetable, another side option, and an option for a salad. There are other healthy options at some of the West Village places as well, but I am more familiar with East campus.
Loved the video! I'm going to attend GT next year and this was very helpful!
Hello! Quick question, how about avoiding seed oils in cooked veggies options? Any tips

Can't wait to see you around campus next year!
@@TylerSchott Fingers crossed for Fall to start normally! 🥺🤞🏾
so does this mean brown breads are better than white breads? Also, what dining halls are the best on campus?

Hii, Im going to be attending GT soon. Do you ever use the kitchens in the dorms and are they worth using?
I didn’t use them much personally, but I know people who cooked, especially on the weekends. They aren’t bad.
Sometimes the fridges can get gross though, it’s hard to get everyone to keep it clean.
I am going to GT next year, but I am gluten intolerant and allergic to nuts and carrots, are there still a lot of options for healthy foods??
