Never keep your mobile phone or radio in your saddlebags incase you fall off and the horse runs off.
Always keep it on your person.

Can you tell me more about the snake bite airway breathing tube for the horses? Do you have a link on where I can purchase it? Thanks 😊

When you said the belt can be used for many things I was like “ughghgh another horse abuser” but then you explained that it was not to wip the horse.

my epi pen lasts 30 min. but it takes an hour for the ambulance to come, so i guess i just have to NOT get stung by a wasp if possible😂

Yes, knowing how long your epi pen will last is a critical bit before heading out into the backcountry. Happy trails!

You'd love my story about backing a brush hog over a yellow jacket nest last summer. I blasted off when I realized what was happening, but they pursued me on the tractor for over a hundred yards and the stings just kept coming! Some were even trapped under my clothing causing me to duplicate the scene of Ricky Bobby's freakout in the movie Talladega Nights. ua-cam.com/video/aolvaQXbiXo/v-deo.html 😆

I always have a rope halter on my mare when I’m riding regardless. Case in point: my mare slipped her bridle and I was able to snap her reins onto her halter loops and rebridle her.

Good video, never thought about having an epipen. I never got stung by a bee or a wasp, so I don't know if I'm allergic. I go on my own so they might be smart to have one on me just in case :)
Do you have a video on how to orientate on long ride outs ? I'm starting to leave for 1h30, 2h and this is as far as my memory goes ! I ride in the woods so there are a lot of crosses and turns, I would like to ride for longer but I'm scared I will get us lost. Buck (my horse) usually gets us home but I'd rather be sure !
