Marik was just a dope guy. I think my favorite thing about marik is that he was literally chilling while the other characters were dragged into a virtual world. I think. I don't know if I'm remembering correctly.
That first duel was actually hype god damn, that maxx c summon was the biggest choke of the century and top deck cage to survive the chalice turn was godly
It's so funny how Skull Invitation hurts modern decks so much. Really great content. Probably not a competitive deck, but definitely fun. Love to see this kind of duel.

21:53 I swear to god that this dude might miss read the effect of Guardian Slime, believing it will boots its ATK but in reality it boost its DEF the same as the ATK of the opponents monster.
I wish sphere mode could summon Ra from the Graveyard as well, so you could recycle Ra -> phoenix -> sphere mode -> Ra without needing any other cards - assuming no interruptions, of course. It would make Ra and Phoenix _way_ better, especially in this format, while not breaking sphere mode(since its busted aspect is its tributing effect, which is not even touched in that combo). Also, that summon animation is snapped. I hope the other two get one as well, even though Doto doesn't play any of the gods.
The limit 1 festival reminds me of the anime. Where the duelist would have 1 copy of each card, and were able to get all the cards they needed in duels hehe.

As a player that also doesn't use meta cards, I have to say that it's so satisfying to win against people that do play them... That first duel is just meta players in a nutshell, I've won so many times just because they don't know what my cards do and they straight up won't read them (lucky deck, u.a and gaia are the ones I use the most). Great vid.
Me too, I refuse to use those decks. I made a dino deck just because I love the Tyranno art but its a deck were if you play right you have a board full of negates. To me that's not that fun.
This video was Golden... then the chant was the perfect polish on an amazing duel. I enjoy seeing your insane builds like this, and the fact that the duels went the way they did was great!
Marik is one of the best villains, his dark side slowly breaking free gave me goosebumps as a kid. Something to help your strategy, I see "Big Burn" being very helpful. It'll banish the monsters in the graveyard, after an effect touched the graveyard. I think it should take out all this wash, rise, repeat monster graveyard effects. Hope it helps

I know you enjoy Egyptian God decks which are so sick since your one of the few and I love it. I have a suggestion I always see you take a hit verses rhyme and never get the chance to use them. I say try using some of the monarch spells and traps. Then give destruction protection for tribute summon monsters plus can use opponents monsters. I've used some and it definitely has enhanced the cards. Try it out. Keep up the great content bro
