    Good basic list.
    Asparagus fern (Asparagus spp.) can look good , like a miniature tree , growing out from appropriately scaled rocks.

    That was lovely!! My daughter heard the music from the other room and ran full speed to watch ❤️ Is the fern wild ? We have lots of wild ferns here but there grow about knee high. So far we have not been successful in keeping one in a pot. Perhaps a terrarium would be better.

      Thank you. Yes one of the ferns shown in the video is a native wild fern. I have used these ferns in my earlier native built videos.

      @@TheUrbanNemophilist do your wild germs grow very large? Ours have a complex roots system and are tricky to harvest

      @@homeschoolie4933 yes if they are growing in the yard. If you can manage to divide and take out a rooted pup from the mother plant you can put it in a terrarium where it will adapt to the conditions and grow at a slower pace. You will however need to conduct periodic maintenance once in 3-6 months depending on the growth. A large sized terrarium is better if you want reduce the frequency of maintenance.

    Ferns grow tall isn't it. Will they plants root by just cuttings alone in a terrarium without rooting.

    • @TheUrbanNemophilist
      @TheUrbanNemophilist  3 роки тому +1

      Ferns do not grow from cuttings in a terra in my experience. You need to use rooted plants. Use smaller plants and they will adapt and grow slow. However maintenance will be needed at some point.
