    Question : Resize your wshare logical volume
    Resize your wshare logical, it should be approx 300MB (Note -> only size accepted from 270mb ro 290mb ).
    can we use lvextend or lvresize command in that ?
    lvresize -L +60M /dev/wgroup/wshare
    or
    lvextend -L 60M /dev/wgroup/wshare
    which one is correct ?

    • @NehraClasses
      @NehraClasses  Рік тому

      +60M will increase your LV size by 60M,
      60M will make your LV total size as 60M

    Sir when i make the file system ext2 and mount it on directory after that I gone the mount directory when I run the command ll then see the one directory autometically created (directoy name is lost+found) why its created by defults.

    • @NehraClasses
      @NehraClasses  2 роки тому +2

      The lost+found directory is a construct used by the fsck system utility. It's a special directory that contains data that has become obsolete. The fsck utility creates it on a Linux machine with partitions of the Extended File System (ext2-ext4).
