I love the National Gallery of Art in DC. I have had the opportunity to visit a couple of times and there is do much to explore. You had such a great tour guide, with a lot of interesting information about the collections at the museum. Great tour!

I worked and lived in DC from 1970 to 1978, I was a Art Teacher in Maryland. I loved the American Art Collection at the National, and could get lost in the works of Church. or Bierstadt or Cole. .I even Have a sketchbook with a drawing that I did at a concert in the rotunda. I was there when they opened the Hershhorn Museum. in 74. a fine collection of Modern Art.
amazing place to see such different creations of art. That connection tunnel was amazing too. It was interesting to hear about the actual building itself too, besides seeing the various artwork and the sculptures were awesome. Remarkable storage jar.

I love the National Gallery of Art in DC. I have had the opportunity to visit a couple of times and there is do much to explore. You had such a great tour guide, with a lot of interesting information about the collections at the museum. Great tour!

I worked and lived in DC from 1970 to 1978, I was a Art Teacher in Maryland. I loved the American Art Collection at the National, and could get lost in the works of Church. or Bierstadt or Cole. .I even Have a sketchbook with a drawing that I did at a concert in the rotunda. I was there when they opened the Hershhorn Museum. in 74. a fine collection of Modern Art.
