Finding lazy rivers in Las Vegas has never been easier. Check out our list of all the places you can grab a drink while floating along the luxurious lazy rivers.
#1 Mandalay Bay Lazy River
Not only the most popular but also the most expensive lazy river you’ll find in Las Vegas. Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino touts 11 acres of fun in the sun with 3 large pools, the Lazy RIver, and almost 3 tons of white sand for a beachy feel. Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino has so many events and pool parties that you’ll want to sub to their FB page for updates. They even have a wave pool. Locals, you can reserve a chair starting at $50 per person for entry. Otherwise, you must be a hotel guest.
#2 The Lazy River at the MGM
A bit smaller than the Mandalay Bay property the MGM has 6.5 acres of relaxation featuring four swimming pools, three whirlpools, cascading waterfalls and of course a Lazy River. Grab a tube and float down the lazy river in style.
For those looking to dial it up a notch, the MGM has spacious cabanas with room for eight guests that include flat screen televisions, personalized bottle and food service, and amazing views that overlook the pools.
#3 Monte Carlo Lazy River
What can I say, it’s closed. BUT if you're a guest at the Monte Carlo Casino and Hotel you will have complimentary entry to the MGM and Mandalay Bay pool areas during your stay.
#4 Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s Lazy River…
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino’s Lazy River more like a lazy path from one section of the pool to the next. Considering most rivers don’t naturally flow in a circle I guess the Hard Rock’s Lazy River is the most logical. *Monday - Thursday Pool Admission: Complimentary - Hotel Guest $10 Non-Hotel Guests.
#5 Tahiti Village Resort
Tahiti Village’s Lazy River is an eighth of a mile in length making it one of the longest in Vegas. It’s also seasonally heated to over 80 degrees in the winter and mid 70’s during the Summer. The Lazy River has four Water Fall Features so watch your drink as you float on. Although Tahiti Village is a timeshare property, you can reserve rooms without being a member. This resort has one of the best family pool areas in all of Las Vegas. The Tahitian themed resort’s main pool has a beautiful sand beach entry and a separate 1/8 mile lazy river has waterfalls, water spouts and free lazy river tubes.
We have to travel off the strip to find the rest of the Lazy Rivers…
#6 Cowabunga Bay
Cowabung Bay water park can be found in Henderson, is about 15 minutes heading east from the strip. This 23 acre water park features water slides, a kids area with water slides, a wave pool, and a lazy river attached to a wading area. Lifejackets are available at no charge. See our video on Wet n Wild vs Cowabunga Bay for all the parks features.
#7 Wet n’ Wild
Wet n Wild Water park is located in West Las Vegas about 25 minutes from the Vegas strip. Wet‘n’Wild Las Vegas features over 25 award-winning slides, a wave pool, kids area, and yes even a Lazy River. This 1 thousand foot river ride has water features and lifejackets available for those who want to float outside of the large inner tubes. See our video on Wet n Wild vs Cowabunga Bay for all the parks features.

This video is awesome! Great info so many to choose from. I want to check out Hard Rocks..nice!
When you review the Hard Rock, let me know! You have a fun channel :) I stay off the strip for the most part so we are a great compliment to each others videos. Thanks for the comment!
Vegas Local View will do! Thank you, I look forward to more of your videos as well :)
3 tons of white sand. Wow so much😂
what is the music?
That was a really well-done piece! Thank you for the information. I, personally, am a HUGE fan of the Lazy River at MGM Grand. I splurge for a Day Bed and float around the river being served cocktails for most of the day.
There's a yearly conference I attend in Vegas and I always schedule a "down" day for my lazy river needs.
Casey Bailey no

Mandalay Bay is so worth the room fee!
we love Tahiti Village
We do too! It's the best staycation we've found so far in Vegas.
i’ve been to the MGM in vegas and the pool is great !
i know Im quite randomly asking but do anyone know a good place to watch new movies online ?
@Karsyn Leland lately I have been using FlixZone. Just google for it =)
@Casey Myles definitely, have been watching on Flixzone for years myself =)
@Casey Myles Thanks, I signed up and it seems like they got a lot of movies there :) Appreciate it!
@Karsyn Leland Glad I could help xD
Are these lazy rivers open to locals? Can you pay a daily fee if you're not staying at the hotel/Resort.
None are open to locals :( BUT you can rent a lounge chair to gain entry. These start anywhere from $25 to $50 per chair. No joke. You can't rent a chair at Tahiti Village or Monte Carlo. Of course the water parks are open at a starting price of $35 or $19 after 5pm. Even the Rio AND Hard Rock are no longer open free to locals. So sad. You don't have to rent a chair but you do pay $10 for entry and only Mon-Thurs. As a local, the best deal is to rent a room at the Monte Carlo for the cheapest rate and you gain entry to the MGM AND Mandalay Bay pools which are on the top 2 best pools list. I travel with 3 kids so the price for 4 people is less if we just rent a room!
Vegas Local View thanks for the response! We stayed at mandalay before being locals and there pool and lazy river is awesome! Thanks again
+Allison Fish none are free to locals but you are right, you can enter by paying a fee. Fees start at $10 per person at the Hard Rock and up. You can reserve a chair at some locations to gain entry, most start at $15 per person. Thank you for taking the time to ask your question!
I stayed at the new Park MGM the old Monte Carlo... you do NOT get access to the MGM hotel pools. I asked concierge and the front desk.
Do they still have the lazy river?
You only get access to MGM and Mandalay Bay Back when it was Monte Carlo and their pool was under construction. I went back in 2017 and LOVED MGM/MB pools. Now that it’s Park MGM, it has its own pool, no more access to the others.
My favorite was the MC Lazy River. Hate it so much that it’s no longer there! So many great memories there. I don’t get why they changed it to the way it is now. It’s horrible now in my opinion. What a shame. They’ve been getting a lot of negative feedback on their new pools.
Sleazy-E the doggs gone belly up carnal..ill always b your brother vato loco
My dad sells timeshare at Tahiti village so I'm going there for my birthday and renting a $104 room. I'm not greedy it's just my first birthday party ever.
That's a great price for a room there! I host my kids parties there every year, they love it and their friends talk about it for the rest of the year. You'll have a blast!
Been there done that
Tahiti Village is beautiful......doesn’t even feel like youre in Las Vegas
annifer rox Youre cool ! SIKE
