Connect your dead nocco jump packs to the accessory cigarette lighter charger you can buy and they’ll usually come back. They get a stronger charge that way and that’s the issue. You can replace the batteries pretty cheap if needed. There’s videos on all that on UA-cam. I’m not too familiar with the rv system but 12.6v is a full charge on an automotive battery. Might need a load when testing the system in some instances if the rv has a smart charging capability. Probably not here in this instance but I could see it happening on newer models. Cool channel, really like those veto bags!
Thanks for watching. The NOCO charger that comes with the unit is the cigarette charger (slow charger low watts)the two problems with that is that the amperage of that circuit is typically limited to 10ADC therefore the wall charger (fast charger high wattage) connected to AC power is better, the RV electrical system standard charge voltage is 13.6VDC at 12.6 that would indicate that your converter is not working which has charging profile settings for different type batteries however the profile for a lead acid will still be 13.6 like 14.6 or so for lithium. Yeah the Veto bags are great!
@ perhaps the accessories that come with it vary or have changed entirely. The wall charger I have is the old usb type and a slow charger. I did not receive a car charger. That’s in line with the information I posted that I learned from a video I came across. We have several old ones at work and it’s the same. I ordered a car charger and it brought mine back. Sounds like they remedied that situation. I believe the replacement battery packets are still available. The guy did a great job on the video about it. Not sure if you’re aware but there’s a few product testing groups where they give us for free or very low cost electronic tools. I’ve received several top down and Launch products along with Autel and a few lesser known brands. They often give away some nice jump packs. I’m loving my top down thermal imaging camera I got from them. My mom’s boyfriend is an rv repairman so I’m really enjoying your channel! Keep up the great content!
@@glenforehand OHH I know the charger you are speaking of its like a cell phone charger right ? Yeah that wall charger would not do much but NOCO sells a wall charger that looks like a laptop charger thats the one I purchased its the fast charger sorry about that I did not know your were speaking of the USB walk charger that thing was horrible
@ Yes Sir that’s the one I was talking about. Sorry for the confusion. I normally don’t talk about something I’m not fully familiar with but I was hoping to help you save your jump box.
good work
Thank you! Cheers!
