I dont write goals anymore. Used to do that few years back, but I am a person that likes to procrastinate, and then when I look the list in August, almost none of them is started, or I've started and quited... I feel a bit disappointed at myself. So now I am ,,go with the flow". I plan two-three months in advance, whatever serves me life I am here for it.

Such an interesting conversation! While I cannot help with goal setting one tip you might find helpful is when you are feeling in fight or flight (hyper arousal) stress mode then if you take a few deep breaths while wiggling your fingers and toes at the same time. It will bring you back into balanced ventral vagal state. If you feel sleepy when you do that, it means you are in hypo aroused state which is frezze or fawn ( people pleasing) stress response. If that is the case you need to get active or angry to bring yourself back into balance. Hope that helps 🙂

I do set goals, write them down and plan me-time for e.g. sports, friends, reading books or painting. I have yearly goals, break them down to monthly goals and weekly goals. I think THE most important thing is: the moment something urgent comes up, you should not add it to your to do list but replace another to do. Prioritize. This way you keep your me-time and reach your overall goals. The thing is: it is goals and it is great to reach most of them. But nobody will die if you miss two or three yearly goals, especially when you solved another Problem instead. Be gentle with yourself, have patience and question yourself every week. Did you get some me-time or did you put a ton of extra work in it?
Angel, you have not fail. You are an extremely hard worker. One thing that is important due to my experience in that life is too short . Always make time for you and your love ones , set yourself time during the day to at least walk outside, call a love one or do something for yourself. You will burn and you are so young. Your business will be there but only if you are healthy. Muahhhhhh love you ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Ich bin Fan von eurem Vlogmas ❤ !! So viele Dinge, die du über dich Preis gibst Xenia, hab ich bei mir selber beobachtet. Ich hab Jahre dafür gebraucht bis ich Antworten gefunden habe, warum ich manchmal so social exhausted bin, obwohl ich sooo ne soziale Ader habe. Das mit dem Überarbeiten kommt mir auch sehr bekannt vor. Leider hab ich einen sehr hohen Preis dafür bezahlen müssen, dass ich da nicht früher auf meine Intuition gehört habe - deswegen ist es gut dass du so sensibel und reflektiert bist und die Signale wahrnimmst. Nicht Schlafen zu können hat oftmals mit einem sehr hohen Stresslevel zu tun. Heute helfen mir dabei vor 10 Uhr ins Bett zu gehen, Magnesium Glycanite (nicht Threonate 😂), L-Thryptophan (hilft meine 1000 Gedanken zu bändigen) und Ashwagandha…schau dir die Wirkstoffe doch mal genauer an. I honestly think I didn't bring my point across enough because we were DEVOURING like animals hahahahaha now it makes me laugh too and I'll never forget her face, it was more pity than embarrassment but my god!!! How old are we! :D

Only way goal setting has worked for me is with the Productivity Method by Grace Beverly. I am very ADHD and this planner (also online version) really have helped me keeping me accountable and actually stick to them. Because otherwise i also only just plan and never pull through with them fully… Also yeah the December crazies are real. Wishing u nothing but the best, hope ur 2024 is filled with better structures for you and lots of energy and good books

Well first of all I love you hello!!! Second of all, I really don't know what it was but it felt like I had a very subtle electrical energy inside of me which wouldn't go away. Basically Anxiety but really physical and very intense. I ended up going to the emergency room and they checked everything and all was fine... I think it was because of exhaustion :(
To improve your managing planing and project organisation you "must have" a priority "pyramid/rainbow board". Since you are very visual instead of writing, trying to include drawing perhaps? Your talent is creativity and your forte is to express it. Sometimes when we got very exciting projects, our enthusiasm only focus on the present and your adrenaline energised you and might blur your reality, therefore having your priority charts on hand while doing meetings is important, and also your go to: pro and cons lists and questions. There are so many ways to managing your organisation skills, although without knowing your priority and testing different methods each times can be exhausting, time wasting and overwhelming. The art of efficiency and organisation, especially in business is knowing your priority, stick to it as your primary needs like eat and sleep. I hope this helps ✨,🙏 Good luck!

Ich habe deinen content schon gefühlt, aber diese vlogmas Videos 😭 ich freue mich jeden Tag aufs neue, eure Videos zu schauen. Sie inspirieren mich so sehr. Ihr seid beide so besondere Menschen, habt so wunderschöne Ansichten und habt einen unfassbar tiefgründigen Charakter. Ich bin so dankbar, Teil der UA-cam Community zu sein. Gestern hatte ich einen schönen Moment: mein Freund und ich waren auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt. Eins kam zum anderen und wir sind erst viel später als geplant dort angekommen. Menschen versammelten sich und haben auf das Rathaus in unserer Stadt geschaut. Wir haben uns dazugestellt und auf einmal standen 10 Engel an den Fenstern des Rathauses und haben gesungen und Orgel gespielt. Ich musste einfach weinen. Im Moment bin ich in einem hamsterrad aus Uni und Arbeit gefangen. Die Wochen vergehen und ich bin im Dauerstress. Aber diese Situation hat mich daran erinnert, dass wir leben. Wir leben und atmen. Das Leben ist so schön und ich bin richtig dankbar dafür, gerade diese Phase meines Lebens durchzumachen. Ich merke wie ich wachse und ich inspiriere mich irgendwie auch selber.
I was diagnosed in May of last year! It's honestly pretty obvious so I wasn't surprised but I did decide against medication, the psychiatrist said that my ADHD is worse when my anxiety gets worse so if I manage my anxiety my ADHD is pretty well manageable. Generally I love how my brain works and I don't want to interfere with that ;D it just gets hard when my anxiety is bad and I don't sleep etc. But PERSONALLY I don't want to rely on medication and I don't want to interfere with my brain chemistry, even though I don't think anything bad about medication. What's your experience??
