Me a week ago watching one random video: "Wow, she is so lovely." Me today: "Oh, she posted a video. This is a Sunday highlight." In all seriousness I so vibe with your journey and wish you so much peace and happiness 😊
I moved to Thailand in 2013 at age 26, and it completely changed my life. I was just looking at some Google photos from my adventures there. I stayed in Bangkok for about 2 years and have lived in two other countries outside the U.S. since (traveled to many more) and can identify with that feeling you said is hard to describe. I'm now 37 and I was thinking of moving back to Bangkok for a year or so, but wondered what it was like now. It was one of the most fun places to live back when! Anyway, though I have found a partner in another country that I plan to settle in next year (lol, I know!) All of that being said, I'm excited to follow your adventures in BKK!
I can't believe this video got recommended to me coz I just started over in the Netherlands from Kenya. People underestimate what actually comes with starting over especially as an adult. I'm definitely on this channel to stay.
Girl, you got this ! The journey is not measured In time or space. Everyone's adventure looks different. Keep your positive outlook, Be healthy, And enjoy everything every minute of each day. Hope to see you in Thailand.
A woman like you ,that she’s literally can have everything if she wanted ,moved to Thailand for the next step of your life ( doesn’t matter what it is ) ,is a huge respect 🫡🙏🏻
Don't forget to add the word "ka" at the end of phrases, words in Thai. It expresses politeness and goes a long way with Thais. "Chai ka" Love the content, thank you for sharing!
I just saw your vlog now and followed immediately cause of the age, I’m 33 and feeling down right now like my life isn’t going anywhere Thanks for this
I always thought am the only one struggling and feeling like my life is going nowhere. I will be turning 32 at the end of this year and I am so scared. I hope we all get to figure out our lives soon.
Hey there from a person who is living in Thailand on the island for 15 years now. I understand the feeling of not knowing for sure and exploring, life is a process. Good luck!
I just turned 35, and I have been feeling the pull in my spirit to take this journey. I am looking to be in Thailand by December. I'm really looking forward to it. From your videos im gaining more courage.
I’m grateful God brought me your videos. I’ve been struggling with not feeling like I’ve done enough and where to go after college. Your presence has helped me understand that it’s okay not to rush and take the day as a glory. I’ll get to my goals but I don’t worry about them as frequently now. Thank you for showing your beautiful mindset on life and your walk with God. ❤
Thank you so much, Whitney. Your comment truly touched my heart. I'm so grateful that my videos have been a source of comfort and inspiration for you. It's a blessing to know that sharing my journey and mindset has helped you find peace in taking things one day at a time. Remember, it's perfectly okay to move at your own pace and trust in God's timing. Your goals will be achieved, and the journey there is just as important and beautiful. Thank you for your kind words and for being a part of this community. Stay blessed and keep shining. ❤
Happy Sunday! Yes l can totally relate with the feeling when living abroad. I lived in Europe for 7 years and loved it overall. Now that l'm in my late forties, l'm circling back to the idea of moving abroad again.
I'm 45 year's old and don't know where my life is going nobody truly but God we can and hope so there's no age limit to this question why people ask like everyone should have a set plan for their future or life no doesn't work that way unfortunately for many people 😊
I just moved back to Japan to start over in my late 30's and I struggle as to what direction I should take and what steps I need to take. I'm just taking it day by day and hope things work out. Thank you for letting me not feel alone in my lostness.
You are spiritually connected with God, which is the greatest part of life. Keep living the vision that God has for you! ☺️Great things are happening with more to come. God bless you!🤗🙏🏾❤
Speed Dating/Friending sounds like an adventure and would be an inspiration for introverts like myself. As a seasoned soul, I would love to see more networking and game night events that reflect on Grown and Sexy generation. I swear it's hard to find unless it's a dance scene.
Antoinette, thank you so much because you're an inspiration for me because I'm going to leave my country and live abroad. So again thank you for recording your journey for us.
Love the fact that you are able to touch on the areas of transparency and vulnerability. I admire that you challenge yourself to try new things. Keep pushing forward in the land of smiles.
This encourages me so much. I’m 29, a mom and almost finished with nursing school. I felt The Lord told me to move to another state and I was just thinking about this more this morning and then I seen your video and as I’m watching the video not only is it igniting a fire to not be afraid to get up and start over or start something new. But I believe this video was my confirmation that all this planning I’m doing to move to another state is what I’m supposed to be doing. It resonates with me so much ❤😭
I just came across this video because of the algorithm and I want you to know that you've truly inspired me through this 22 minute video I've been having a rough time in life between my 29th-30th year and seeing you self-reflect but still choose joy brought me to tears💛 Godspeed to you✨

Your video appeared on my feed ♥️ just subbed! As a fellow traveler…Bangkok was one of my fav countries 🌍 You’re very inspiring 🌟 My first country was Shanghai, I lived there for 6 months and decided to start traveling the world after that experience.
Hello Antoinette, I recommend meditation. Not trying to change or take anything away, but you are in the land of a Buddhist country. It might be worthwhile. With Love and admiration😊
If you are a Christian I would caution against. Mediation is a new age practice and can be very dangerous spiritually and mentally. Meditate on the word of God- don’t empty your mind. Blessings ❤
Omg. I have recently started watching your videos. I am crying because i see myself in you. I am a Little older than you. In October i start my bop around the the world. Thailand is my first stop. Thank you for sharing
Antoinette, try and see how your body reacts to no coffee ... even caffeine free coffee has caffeine. Sometimes, our body chemistry changes, and we can no longer drink what we used to drink. It could be the cause of anxiety . Tea has caffeine also. So try to use only flavored small brand caffeine free tea. Those actually have no caffeine .
I've lived and worked in 10 cities and 7 countries (2-4 years each round). Really relate to feeling alive living overseas. Perhaps it is me running away from poor memories tied to my home country, but the spirit of adventure is definitely one of the main reasons. And, am near 50 and still don't know where my life is going. Keep going girl, you doing great! New subscriber
I'm so glad I found this video. It has reaffirmed my choice to move abroad for 2 months. I have always wanted to take the long way around the world but for one reason or another I let life, fear and the opinions of others to follow the "safe" route. At the beginning of the year I decided to chase my dreams fully and though I have not reached my goals I am not moving away from the track of starting my new year in a new country. Thanks again for posting this video of choosing to start over later in life.
I think it would be nice to know about the financial aspects of moving abroad as well as maintaining enough income to enjoy living somewhere. It's definitely a dream I have to live abroad one day for a short period of time or forever but the financial side of things always puts me off but I do travel for holidays. These videos are very inspiring.
Loving your vlogs keep your chin up and ❤ don't be so hard on yourself so much. You are where are supposed to be in this season and it's okay you don't have to have everything figured out enjoy the moments life and time is too short granted it's kinda shit sometimes love you ❤
This sounds so much like me! A Nomad lifestyle. I am trying very hard to get a Work From Home job so that I can move around freely. I have moved a lot so far, 36 years old, and at times it can be scary and exciting.
Congratulations...you're 90% ahead of the rest of us, so keep on moving. As a prepper, i would suggest investing in a portable power supply station of a 1000w or more. Anker, Bluetti etc.

Hi Antoinette, and Mom if you are in the comment section, (hey girl hey!) When you put the scriptures up, in my mind's eye I saw the "word" in black rimmed frames with white mats or some style of raffia matting like your new plant basket, but still black rimmed frames. this video was interesting especially for someone who is ready to move abroad I just need to find a career that will flow with it...the search continues
I just subbed from watching this half way. I was speaking with my therapist (for some time now 😅 and generally other people too)…”what do I want to do with my life at 36 and beyond”. Something is missing. Need a fresh start but with a social worker salary is hard right now. This would be an amazing experience for me and my daughter. Give me the will to save and increase my credit score Lord. 😂 🙏🏾
You could line the inside of the wicker tub with some plastic, poke some holes for water drainage and remove the plant from its current pot. Oh, and the diffuser looks so nice :) Thanks for another lovely video.
Oh my gosh! Hey! I used to watch your van life videos. I didn't realize it was you until you started talking! You've lost so much weight. Glad I found you again as I've been thinking about moving to Thailand or somewhere in SE Asia.
I just found your channel two or three weeks ago and love your vibe. I would've loved to have seen your weight loss journey. I lived in Korea and Qatar and loved both experiences. I wouldn't mind moving back. I have eight countries I'm considering moving to, two in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Central America. I need to shave it down to four and then vet those locations before I make a decision.
