Great video. Were you using the 8" or 10" frypan?

Thanks! I'm using the 10" fry pan and cowboy plate. I have the 9" (medium) cutting board that fits in the cowboy plate perfectly snug. You can get the kit but it doesn't include the cutting board. Sold separately. I have the, "Large Firebox Pan Kit." Not the, "Pinnacle Pan Kit."
