This was such a fun day filming! Stokes yall took the time to come out.
Dude! Such a fun day. We rallied laps!! Haha. Thanks for the tour
Super sick that you gave this trail system & the builders so much praise and recognition. Hopefully more people will make Red lick a stop on their way to/from Bentonville.
It’s a hidden gem!
So proud to say I was part of building this trails system especially Raven.
That is awesome! Amazing work
@@MarkMatthewsMTB lots of good memories out there building with Jonathan and the crew. Did some sketchy stuff with excavators. And had a killer time during the Arkansas summer building that big curved bridge
It’s the people that fund most of the trails in Arkansas that won’t let the builders make the sick lines.
Red Lick was independent of those people.
Like Johnathan said, let the builders build!
The Waltons?
Proud I got to be one of the crew that broke ground on this project! Helped do the first 4 months of work! Rogue trails is an awesome company to work for. Miss it everyday! Johnathan was the best boss to work under
That’s awesome!
I take my 7 year old son there often, and this place has helped boost his skill and confidence on the bike in a big way. The big rock roll to dirt on the Raven has caused him some issues, but he has conquered it and he loves that trail.
Still my favorite trail we have built
That’s so sick! What a young shredder. I wish I had something like that place at 7 years old… but I didn’t even start riding till I was 13 haha
@@MarkMatthewsMTB it’s a blessing for us to have so many great places to ride! I’m only slightly proud of that dude! 🤣
this is so freaking good... 🤯 what an inspiration and positive vibes to the world...dude...respect to the locals...killin' it hard...
100% they are crushing it!
I went to the bike trail back in Houston TX
I live in the Bentonville area and grew up near Clarksville. I am stoked to see awesome trails down there! Looks like I have a day trip to Clarksville in my near future!!
Bentonville is an awesome town but Clarksville was my favorite riding spot!
This place is awesome. I live right down the road and hit Red Lick and Nebo several times a week now. Red Lick is a blast. Video does not do that line justice. You guys crushed it.
That’s sick! We got to ride Nebo last year, cool spot.
Yeww sicck video mark 🔥 video.
Thanks Jacob! 🤟🔥
Going to check these trails out real soon!
Nice!
Where can we find the b-roll session footage ;)
It was for a big tourism campaign, so I’m unsure at the moment.
@MarkMatthewsMTB I think a lot of people would love to see the "rest" of the footage in what ever format it would have to be.
@@MarkMatthewsMTB sick edit
@@timbershadow1 thanks! It will be on the Arkansas tourism channel
What is the song in your intro?
Cool trails
Totally! I was blown away
cool trail and feathers but only 150ft vert. i feel lucky to live in the west have ride 2k+ vert trails after work. short trails can be super fun tho
Yep they definitely don’t have the vert we do but it’s super fun. You can easily session multiple laps and literally ride all day! 🔥
i can tell your a little out of your element XD, welcome to the south! please come to Snowshoe bike park in West Virginia it opens May 18th!
Would be sick to check out that place sometime!
Another day, Another amazing video !
Keep rising Mark ❤
Thank you!
Looks like a cool zone!
Unreal spot
Sick!
what bike are you riding?
A prototype Marin, details coming soon!
@@MarkMatthewsMTB sweet, thanks!
Sick trails! Can’t wait to go bentonville in 2 weeks
Red lick is an hour and a half from bentonville
@@coltenjones9203 thank you! This will be my first time in the area.. so I’m very clueless- thanks for letting me know the distance i will prob add to my trip
@@SilverbackOrangutan71100% add it to the trip, you’ll have a blast… I promise
@silverbackOrangutan71 See if you can work it out so that you're able to hit Red Lick in Clarksville, and maybe stay overnight in the Russellville area, and ride Mt. Nebo the next day...or vice versa. Those two are the cream of the crop in Arkansas, and it's only a little under an hour from Red Lick to Mt. Nebo. Mt. Nebo is about 2.5 hours from Bentonville, so if you can squeeze those two in together, you save a LOT of driving.
Also....these are wicked good riders, and they make Raven look easy. It isn't. It's steep and intimidating for mere mortals, so not sure of your riding level, but it's GOING to be a case of, "Wow, that's a lot bigger than it looked in the video."
@@MarkMatthewsMTB I’m doing this on a San Quentin… 27.5 (blue)
So here is my plan that first catch berm - I want to see if I can 1 hand it- I can do on a pump track and our what they call berms…if not the first one the 2nd catch berm looks more chill
I learned how to really ride trails from you, remy and johan barbelli (spelling?) can’t wait to put to practice in a very new environment and features I’ve never ridden. So if I get hurt or die… you remy and johan (spelling?) … lol jk jk
Bonne session
