These were just some bad questions. Aside from the "nut" question (which they both gave silly answers to), it wasn't really the contestants' fault. They were just hard questions to figure out a "common" answer to. And the judges should've given them the 'wooden thing' answer, since it's obvious that would've fallen into the "tongue depressor" category.
I swear, they pick the set of questions to give them based on whether they want that family to win or not.,
Definitely seems like some families get easier questions than others. The more possible answers the lower your points…😐

this video reminds of one of the funniest fast money (if not THE funniest fast money) rounds in Family Feud history where a guy played fast money and got only 14 points "tell me how much a large popcorn cost in a movie theater" "$3" "name something in their homes that people always keep hidden" "phone numbers"
To be fair as bad as she did these questions are probably the hardest ive seen in family feud history.

The guy in the Russian version who scored 0 points. The twist that solidifies this as the worst: he scored 0 because he did not give a single answer; he had a brain-block on the first question and did not think to pass.

Once in Combs era a first player got all 0s & other still has shot to get 200 solo. This cheapskate production team doesn’t allow it anymore.
Rachel isn’t the worst fast money player ever. That would be J.R. Hodges who only scored 8 Points in the first half. 14 Points is the 2nd lowest total I’ve ever seen. Also, other families got that score. The Tracey, Gant, Stapleton, and Robinson Families also all got 14 Points.

I just watched one (S21, EP 152) where the first contestant got 158 and then the second person (Jess) got only 7 points. She had 4, 0, 0, 3, 0 points scored.

This wasn't THE worst, to me. I remember a lady that got all 0's after the person before her did very well, and it caused the woman to cry.
That moment is an all time choke job.

My answers:
1. 50% Better to play it safe with a more general percentage answer. You can always count on your teammate to push through in the clutch.
2. Fish (wouldn't have thought of bird because I still don't know how pet birds don't fly away without a collar/ankle leash in public. I know its trained not to, but small animals can get scared easily)
3. Sight (Good job, Presley, its been a while since I saw a rhyming answer that scored big points)
4. Hazelnut (I was thinking of Ferrero Rocher the second I heard it, but its a tricky question (no, not that kind of tricky for me to say Truffle, lol), but because if its a fancy kind of nut, then it must not be popular since its expensive or rare, which makes a tough question. Pistachio isn't wrong, in my country, it is used in a fancy chocolate box brand. Although Almonds tastes better with chocolate.)
5. Wooden Thing (I would've said the same thing, nobody knows the name of the popsicle stick unless you work in the medical field.)

The wooden thing (or even a popsicle stick) is the tongue depressor, but I guess Family Feud wants the name, or at least a common synonym. They would have lost anyway. Has any contestant done straight zeroes for all five questions? I've never seen it.

back in the early 2010s when Steve Harvey started hosting Family Feud an old man crushed fast money by scoring 182 points but when the second contestant, a woman played fast money it all went downhill

These questions were the worst, my answers were 100%, bird, might, hazelnut, and thermometer. And I'm pretty sure that with those answers probably would have been 150 maybe generously 160 points. There are times when I think they pick these insanely difficult ones just to avoid giving away 20,000 dollars
