A video on how we met, introducing our partners to our family& friends. What did your parents say when you told them you're dating a person of a different race. How did you get to live in the USA, is that you're new home how did you guys come to choose which country to live in. What cultural and societal norms/behaviours youll had to embrace. How do you guys appoarch racist comments when you're out. Is the a difference in dating people from different races from your experience etc...

This is a great video. I love that you guys are tackling the race issue because I believe that you guys experience it more because you're a mixed couple.
And I also believe that because of people like Christian and you Ziya now it's easier for other people to come out of their shells and speak openly about race and we now see more people making friends with people of colour.
Keep it up guys, your channel is very inspiring.

Kudos to you guys for talking about the issue of race in relationships. Just the fact that the two of you are so compatible and only see the beauty, goodness and love in each other, should tell people, that racism is a learned habit. You started the conversation perfectly, by explaining about melanin. Very few people know, that the Creator knew what he/she was doing. Makes sense that depending where you are born determines your skin color. The closer to the equator the darker your skin, to protect you from the stronger sun rays. This world and everything created in it,is perfect. As such no one is better than the other. The two of you are so smart. God bless you .

Its funny the way you discribe white wanting to be in peace and quiet in their community. Then the black are loud and know everyone. And comes over to visit without announcement or invite. The reason i say its funny because my family (we are white) is how you discribed for the black family and my husband who is Xhosa and would rather be left alone. Maybe that is why we were attacked to eachother.

To be honest, when I am among whites (meaning in my country) I prefer not to be among people privately. When I'm in my wife's country I have no problem mingling with local people (Philippinos) and talk privately more in a day than I talk in a month in my country. That it's louder there also doesn't matter to me at all. I already know when we retire there I'll feel much better than in my home-country, although I can hardly use my mother-tongue anymore, but English. Only when my wife would tell me "Let's speak German, so that nobody can understand what we talk." By the way one of my brothers-in-law is ethnic Chinese and I have a half-Chinese niece and nephew.

I am white and maybe I'm in the unique position that I don't know racism and don't understand racism of any kind. I only know people I don't like and when I don't like somebody it has nothing to do with the color of the skin or the religion or the origin of the person. A bad person is a bad person and can have any skin-color. I can prove this alone with the fact that I never had a white girl-friend. My first girl-friend was black and my second (and now wife for 24 years) is South East Asian. And for some reason I feel far more relaxed among my non-white in-laws than among my fellow whites. That I'm a "fanatic" Springboks-fan too is self-understanding under these circumstances.

I'm from Africa and I kinda became racist towards white people after being in the USA for a few years seeing how some they treat blacks. Some assume that you are lesser than them and treat you accordingly. Before, I was welcoming to every race but now I mostly hangout with black folks because when I see a white person I already judge him immediately on how he's going to treat me. But this video reminded me of giving some white folks the benefit of the doubt, not all of them are racists

Dear guys, You are an amazing couple and may God bless you. God created man, not white man, nor black man and with it created humanity. When you are born nobody tells you your skin colour but you discover it when you are older because people treat you differently according to your appearance.
anyway whoever loves Jesus cannot be a racist for Jesus is all about love. so if you hate somebody then you cannot love our Lord. Keep safe and may God fill you with his blessings.

This was a nice video. Please bear in mind that there are subcultures within the Black race. For example, I’m from the Caribbean and our culture has similarities to other Caribbean islands, African countries, the US etc. but we have many differences as well. I’ve noticed that many Africans are family oriented, unfortunately I haven’t seen that strong family bond in the US & parts of the Caribbean.

South Africans are very talented musicians and dancers. All the famous musicians like Beyoncé, Rihanna etc are travelling to SA copying dance moves.
