I tried this recipe today. It tasted so yummy just like restaurant rava dosa. Instead of 4 glasses of water I used 3 glasses of water and it worked well without getting stuck on dosa pan

@@dighevaishali1 Trick is, tava has to be very hot before pouring the batter so that holes will come. and one more thing is do not touch the dosa until u see brown colour in the holes and edges, then dosa will come out of the pan effortlessly

I tried this recipe yesterday... It came out perfect. I made one change though, i added only 2.5 cups of water i.e. 1 cup + 1.5 cups instead of 4 cups (2.5 cups + 1.5 cups). Iam sure it is an editing issue otherwise the batter will become too watery.
Also I used super fine salt so 1 tsp made the batter quite salty.
Its a great recipe though... Thank you Mam for uploading

Came out purrrfect for me. Tips: first heat the pan on high flame. Once heated grease the pan with oil and pour batter as shown in video. Lower the flame to medium and once the dosa turns golden brown flip it. repeat same procedure for all dosas❤ rava dosas take a lil longer time but worth it.

My dosa came out soft, but I think it’s because I have an electric stove top here in the US. It takes too long for the heat to turn from high to low.
