Sitting ergonomics is decent enough.. it would become great if u make some tweaks to the seat. I have a air cushion seat on top of my stock which helps me a lot. I have ridden for a max 300 kms in a stretch without taking a break.
Depends on you're main needs bro. How much will you be touring and how much will you ride inside city.... As I said seat needs to be altered. Other than that performance wise it's great... You can also consider Himalayan , dominar and Duke 390 adventure...
Hey bro, your mind will get used to the seat once you ride 10k kms. I can do 300 kms now in a single stretch with just the stock seat. You can try the Air seats from 'fego' or 'ride on air' if you dnt want to modify the stock seat. Else you can see MKdesigns seat. It's close to 7500 I think for their touring seat. It seems good. Alternatively if you know of any good seat shop. You can add gel or.foam and modify it for just 1000-1500 rs

Yes as per Royal Enfield adjustment/check is required every 10000 kms approx. I asked the service centre to do it when I went in for my 10k service. As the service interval is 10000 km between each, you can ask the service people to do the same for you. If you want to try it yourself , there's already a great video by 'Stuart Fillingham' on youtube for adjusting the tappet. You can watch it.
Hmm If you watch Stuart Fillingham's video that I told you. He shows clearly that they have a rubber reinforcement especially to prevent oil leaks while adjusting the tappet. I didn't face that issue. Again service is subjective to that particular centre and skills of the technician. When free, just watch the video...he explains everything v clearly and precisely

You can do a few mods to make it more comfortable. Like seat and Handlebar risers...and you're good to go. Performance wise it's great.
