Thank you for showing this video Liz especially since you guys are actually coming out of Summer and we, over here in the United States are going into summer so it's really a lot more beneficial to us right now that you do these videos. I personally did not know that having them out on an overcast day would actually be acclimating them but no that you say it that way it actually makes sense. I have a plan and I'm just going to have to adjust my plan to the weather and stay on top of it! Thank you for sharing all of your wisdom with us ❤️❤️❤️
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK you know what? I didn't even think about that. That you have to acclimate succulents to the cooler weather. I'm a little slow on the uptake LOL
Your leaf propagations same size with my laui from seeds. Im so glad i found your channel☺️ all your tips, sina puso ko na mam liz 😊 and still learning every video you upload.

Thanks for sharing your detailed acclimatization process. It’s a bit tricky to me. It’s springtime in my area, so this video is very timely and useful.
This weeks’ temps are ranging from 75-72F in the 92154 San Diego area. I’m going to put my succulents out where they can catch both AM, Noon & PM sunlight.
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK absolutely- your videos make so much sense; I wish you could touch my succulents and set them all to rights. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and experience!
It's pretty windy ATM where I am and my soil are still all wet but no root rot. If you want to hasten the process, maybe put some fan to circulate the air.
Liz do you have Aeonim arbeaurm (black Rose) complete care and propagation details. I recently purchased a Aeonim arbeaurm black Rose and facing trouble . And your suggestions for soil mixture I improve its great working...but Aeonim arbeaurm not going through . I need guidance regarding Aeonim arbeaurm. I keep it shade not full sun. Thank you ❤️❤️
They're easy to grow when they're not dormant which is in summer or when the temperature is above 25°C. I use Intermediate soil mix on my Aeoniums and they love water but the rule of drying in between watering applies. Partial shade is best but they can also grow in full sun.
Variegation on plants is due to mutation, pathogens, growing condition, etc. The best I can do is exposed my succulents in different condition and keep everything cross.
Please let me know this red colour Succulent name ......and how can I get red colour in Succulent that is possible. My Echiveria pulvinita leaves tip is not red but in nursery I find them red planted in normal soil and neglected conditon . please help me
The red plant is called Echeveria agavoides Romeo Rubin. Pulvinata will go red in summer if expose to the sun. Too much water can also make them go green.
Good Morning Liz here in india , kolkata now 8.45a.m . Nice to hear you what I wanted to know. You may asleep now . No matter thank you very much and have a great day.

These videos are also beneficial to those going into Winter as these plants will have to acclimatize to the cold and then frost.

Very informative Kabayan , super dry here, napaka init ang panahon🌵🥰
If it's dry, it shouldn't bother the succulents. It's when it's hot and humid that's when I start worrying.

May I suggest you acclimate them first if they're grown from a shady area as they will burn if introduced too quickly into full sun.

What if I brought it from a outdoor garden center do I still put it in sun
You have to acclimatize it slowly or it will get burn.
