- The Cock o' the North is a Mark's Shed Row entry into Bike Shed London 2019. Mark took his Ducati 999 and created this cafe racer build. Inspired by a Ducati ridden by his father way back in 1962 also bearing the '120' race number at the Scarborough race, hence the name 'Cock o' the North'.
Stand out features has to be fairing and tail unit and exhaust system though which was made by Down and Out Motorcycles.
Classy build Marky-Mark, classy build.
One of the best looking bikes ive seen
Beautiful. Looks like a custom Paul Smart. Sounds like the true definition of rolling thunder
Exactly my first thoughts of the bike, and the Paul Smart sport classic is one of my favorite Ducati's. Stunning Build.
Great work and a lovely bike - I bet the neighbours love it!!!
InstaBlaster.
Jesus that sound is surely is something else, imagine hearing this thing zooming past ye on city streets, i'd shit myself
I had a Ducati back in the nineties and it really got into my blood. Conte pipes and 108 decibels. Not as fast as my mates bikes, but wonderfully raw.
Gotta love the eBay special parts
Awesome buid! Congrats...
the exhaust note/ROAR is amazing
Awesome build, looks and sounds stunning. The best come from Yorkshire! 👍✊✌💪
Totally cool bike! Love the sound 👍✌️
I like that build
Sounds rather good as well
thats a beautiful bike!
Yes! That's fabulous
I really like it. Every bit. Clever and well done. It'll ride as good as it looks, performance is usually ignored with caf's - but here the donor bike took care of it. Such a good choice.
I don't have words.
Marvellous creation 😁
Ooft.!! That's a good looking machine.! Build quality & attention to detail are superb. Sounds great too. I know the amount of hard work that goes into building a custom/special. Nicely done my man.!
Looks amazing
this thing sounds so good
Your neighbours must love you!
Great connection with your Dads past racing, but knowing you those bars are way to high need to be same hight as the front brake callipers 😀😀😀
Thanks Pal
A definite improvement on the aesthetics of the 999
that plate is everything
edit: nevermind, the sound on this thing is everything and more
Love the story for the Design!
What a beat, nice work and congrats on such a special bike.
Gorgeous!!
I Like every part you did on that 999. That style Will never die. Big respect! 😉👍
P.S. Sounds Great...👌
sweet ride man.
Looks great, sounds awesome!
this is a very pretty thing, mate! great job!
very unique, this needs more views
Super 👌
What a perfect bike! I prefer this build over the sport classic 1000s
Bellissima! congratz!
Awesome bike and accent - it was like watching an episode of GoT
Amazing bike 🚀❤
Great job mate :)
wow that sound
Love it!
That sound has the pure sex appeal of a cougar, both the cat and a 40 year old whiskey drinking Elizabeth Hurley.
Nice 👍🏼
Hola me encanta me puedes decir donde has comprado los escapes y el faro trasero
What was the company you said that made the rear seat and the front cowl? My apologies, I couldn’t make it out when you said the name.
No worries... Radical Ducati is what he said.
Radical Ducati, based on the Sportiva Kit
headlight fairing can put to ducati monster
Great bike.
I have a question. Why do old school bikes have a low seat low center of gravity.
And all new bikes seem like they just cant get that seat up high enough and on an angle enough enough to cruch your famiky jewels
MindDezign On sports bikes/rr bikes it’s because to pull the bike down into a corner at high speed if you’re sat higher up to start with.
On adventure bikes it’s to give a good view, and so you can have more suspension travel and a big front wheel (can’t stand them personally, they just feel like lumbering messes around town when you’re trying to cut through traffic, then they’re not as good as a sports tourer on the twisties, they’re the worst of both worlds unless you’re actually gonna go off road on them, have you ever actually seen a dirty BMW GS though?).
Would love to see the rear light up at dusk.
Good taste🏍🏍🏍🏍🏍
What year was your 999?
How do people get their bikes showcased on this channel?
Should’ve put spoked wheels
I love cafe racers, but this guy destroy the most beautifull bike ever made! Cheers to his balls 😂
Can't watch any more bikes being butchered like this 😢
Why do ALL the Bike shed bikes follow the same formula?
Thin single seat, loud pipes, cafe racer type look. ...bhal bhal bhal. ...
It's almost like a school uniform.
Unfortunately you take a good standard bike and bastardise it.
Total lack of originality.
Ben Par probably not the site for you then?
What the fuck are you on about? Gtfooh! 👈🏼
Love it!
