I think the deluxe is the way to go, the Sanwa controls and the controller make it worth the $100 to me and I’m usually pretty cheap
I got the Standard 'Mini Blue' from VG+. I got this cab because like you said it will look awesome beside the AC1up MKII Countercade. For the price difference I'll tough it out with the stock controls and upgrade to Sanwa myself if necessary.
I'm most excited about using the mini cab with all of the Evercade Arcade carts. Lots of great options and I've already got a collection.

The marquee most people will what to use on Street Fighter is Alpha 2, it looks perfect! Alpha controller colour should of been the same as the VS-R imo, and I'm grabbing the VS-R pad for good measure. I went with the deluxe Street Fighter, I'm in the UK tho so sorry they want extra funds at funstock to send them your way. 😞
I plan to use the arcade stick more across the Evercade cart range so wanted the controls good and want them to last. Standard arcade1up controls do the job but could be better and I would hate to be saying that if the standard Alpha was like that. At least if you upgrade the controls on a standard Alpha you get to choose the button & stick colours!
I miss Funkoland. I got Double Dragon II for 10 cents. Played the hell out of it.
Video Games Plus is definitely the way to go for this. I don't really have the space for another arcade device at the moment, so I'm going to wait until I do. Maybe some other titles will come out in the meantime that might pique my interest.
On Super GameRoom Dudes, Sean mentioned new Hyper Mega Tech handhelds coming out soon, so I'm interested in seeing what they've got in mind. I can fit a few more of those in my house before it bursts . . . * shifty eyes *

Amazon has the Street Fighter Evercade Alpha, but currently showing out of stock. So they should be available soon. Hopefully they will get Mega Man. I am only pre-ordering on Amazon and want the Mega.

I don't like ordering products from overseas, once I see these on Amazon I may get one.

That Alpha controller is exclusively available in the deluxe edition. Evercade have stated it wont be available separately.
So USA buyers can't just buy it from USA amazon/best buy?
I'm not seeing the Delux versions from any US retailers? Is that only a UK exclusive?
Did you buy this? What one did you buy? I bought the Mega Man Deluxe. I want the controls, the controller, and the marquees.
Only the REAL ONES know what Funco Land is. And the little monthly news paper styled lists of games and items
If you’re gonna get it anyway, I wouldn’t wait. Look at all the people that could’ve had AtGames Addams at $1k & now those machines are $1.5k.

Great company, but this is a miss... at $290 for the Deluxe (Sanwa), you're at $9 away from just getting a Yoga Flame at Walmart and soft-modding it. That'll give you full 2-player, a 17" screen, and a lot more games. The Alpha just isn't a good value. But I hope Blaze goes full-scale and brings some REAL competition!
