theartsherpa Please spend more time painting during the tutorial instead of jaw wagging and blushing over the one worded comments of a guy we can’t even see. So he must not be THAT hot!
I will forever be amazed at how things can look “eh” up-close & when you step back it looks so complete and incredible. I need to remember to take a step back from my own paintings sometime & maybe I won’t be so critical through the process.

Your handling of the chalk lines was soooo helpful. I realize you didn't wish to take the step redoing your green background, but we would have the same difficulty and watching how you cleaned it up, not only showed us how to, but in a quiet way you have given us permission to do this. We beginners take things literally and just like in cooking when you follow the recipe and it doesn't come out the same, we don't realize practice, mistakes, adjustments, corrections actually do occur.
I have to do this for my 10 yr old granddaughter.She loves bugs.lol She will love this.Your tutorials are teaching me so much.Thank you for being you Cinnamon.

Well, I have yesterday’s and today’s to catch up on however, I finished up the owl and painted the tree frog yesterday😁 sooo I painted😁 I have thought of something in case this would be of interest to anyone that might have been on the paint pouring wagon last year and like me have tons of painted canvasses around. I had never tried with a brush and that was something I could do and loved! However, now you, Angela Anderson and Jane are my teachers and it is amazing what a person can do with awesome teachers!!Anyway, I am painting over them with white or black to use to paint with y’all. Just thought some might not have thought to do this as these paintings are so much more satisfying!

I use both, Try Paint my Photo for a good place to get references just for artists that way you can blend imagination with references the best of bothe worlds

that is a Great idea and sometimes the subjects painted over the pour is epic too

Is there a substitue for naples yellow light other than Titanate yellow?
Well they are the same color really but you can do any cool bias yellow like lemon or cad yellow light
