Okay, we have toured some incredible properties on this channel, but something about this home is just PERFECT 😍! We would love to know if you feel the same way! 👇❤️
I love watching tours of houses that make you feel homely and cozy and have a brilliant colour combination throughout the house, the video was very well shot. Great job guys and hope to see more such homes on this channel. Subscribed :)
Thank you dvlex! So happy you enjoyed, thanks for subscribing and your feedback 🙌! I think you’ll love the next house coming out next week, very similar cozy feel and design elements. Stay tuned 🔥
This place is so cute and your channel is criminally undersubscribed, especially in comparison to some other realestate tour channels that do a far worse job. Happy to see more tours, and it's cool you've gone international!
I would feel inclined to put a massive dinning room table in the family room and use the front room as a large family/tv room with extra seating. The house is beautiful but I haaaate the small breakfast nooks, They usually seem super small and closed off.
Yea kinda agree on the nook... am lookin to build like this plan so i may have to swing the oven to the window main sink side and open up more side windows beside the hood. Then swing the fridge coffee n bar fridge to the side where the oven was for better flow. And then open up the nook a lot more and leave space for a bench and cupboard or display area on the side where the fridge was loll. Id also extend the footprint of the house further back... wall up the formal dining and add skylights in formal livin room for more light. Add a 2nd double garage on the formal livin area of the house for when guests come over they have their own garage space that leads them to guest house. I think overall, id extend the footprint both laterally and vertically.
beautiful home, however the only downside was the small study. Had it had the size of the gym it would have been better or i'l just put the office as the gym space. thanks for sharing, beautiful taste in interior just so nice and cosy.
I'm not a believer in farmstyle but the modern works. Farm style is some unfortunate americana thing. It's a style from primitive low cost construction so it's a strange antithesis to high end modern architecture. It's not terrible in this house but the question is why. Strange why developers don't use concealed door hinges. I think that's such an obvious elegance. Maybe it's not as robust.
Correct, North Hollywood. The 1st line in the Description "... cosiness in Prime Studio City, Los Angeles.", inaccurate. Farm house? If I was paying 5 Million +, having neighbors that close would be totally unacceptable.
I think it’s hilarious that the designer / artist community is allowed to “GENERE” any house with a triangular roof as “FARMHOUSE”. Literally every inch of these houses are covered in the same modern textures as the sqaure modern homes. It’s actually quite ridiculous and annoying. Homes have had triangular roofs since the first houses man ever built. In every culture, every century, circling the globe. Roman, Ancient Chinese, Mayan. But I suppose because the southern U.S. (with mostly farmland) truely mastered triangular roofing for rain, hail, tornadoes and quite brilliantly chose to build with brick for every single home (aka bulletproof after the civil war) now all homes around the entire globe with triangular roofs must be called farmhouse. Because the artists in Nyc and LA said so. Despite it exsisting for a hundred thousand years before the U.S. even exsisted. But because Nyc and LA are the center of the universe and every artist there is running away from the thier Midwest fly over state. It only makes sense theyd only be able to associate it with that part of the world and its culture versus its true massively old history. Please correct me if I’m wrong, but please show me one thing about this house other than the shape of its roof that makes it relatable in anyway to a “FARM”.
This is actually labeled Modern Farmhouse, which actually gives them greater interpretation of what that means. In my opinion, there are several areas in this home that can be considered Farmhouse. You seem to be quite annoyed over it though, and I hope you can find peace in other areas of your life.

It actually is quite beautiful and not unreasonably priced. I'm sure somebody will call that home soon enough.
Hey TR-ly6kq it sure is beautiful ❤️ we don’t think it will be on the market for long. Thanks for watching and your feedback 🙌👌

Expanding our horizons for a little bit, we’ll be back real soon 🙌❤️
Nice house but lack of garage space and small lot makes it a no sale for me.
Hi Jl, there is a large double garage, but thanks for your feedback and watching! 🙌
@@aliyahomes so how do I park my five cars in a double garage. And believe me, in this price range 4 cars is a minium.
whew!
Hey, it’s a beauty isn’t it?! Thanks for watching and your feedback 🙌❤️
