I’m having a similar problem where it runs for up to a hour and dies. I’ve bought two different cdi boxes and both will not work in the machine! Put them in and it just whirls them bet but no fire. I then put the old cdi box back in and it will fire right up.
I had the same problem with my coolster 125cc.... but the only problem it had was it always did explosions when you’re going downhill then after that it shuts off completely and I doesn’t want to run again
Much better the 2nd time around. Was gonna say, horrible backfiring. Genuine parts for Asian vehicles tend to be extremely expensive. I know the genuine Hyundai alternator for my boyfriends Santa Fe was like $400+... he opted for the generic for around $120.

Don't blame you there! Not sure why the CDI box didn't work the first time.
Was this and Ac Cdi Box Or A Dc Cdi box

Never actually figured it out fully, voltage regulator was no good, but still doesn't run 100%

It has valve adjusters that you “set” not sure how you are supposed to check them or would!
So you never fix this
Not 100%, it runs, but doesn’t start/idle correctly for some reason.
