Gotta love the butt kissing that went on at the beginning of the video while interviewing JLC and DGG. There were tears, there were hands clasped together and beautiful sentiment "Thank you DGG for making these movies!" And then you get to the end of the video where it's review time with the celebrities gone, and these guys just crap all over the movie. LMAO!! What a sickening disgrace you phonies are. Yes, some people have disabilities that prevent them from attending movie theaters (me) and do subscribe to streaming services for content that doesn't force them to run blind folded through a spoiler gauntlet online for 2 months every time something they want to watch drops. Kevin's theatrical exclusivity takes continue to be really weird, aside from the ableism. Isn't the point of your show to let me know if something is good or not? If it's a good theatrical experience, and your show (and shows like yours) conveys that, then what are we talking about here? A lot of people rely on ratings, or buzz, to choose whether or not they want to spend their time or money on art. Releasing films to theaters and VOD simultaneously makes the art more available to be seen by more people. That's a good thing. If people automatically choose VOD over going to a theater, it's not an indictment on them. It's an indictment on the industry. If theaters die, it's because they gave us less Nope and more Amsterdam. It has nothing to do with the choice. More choice is always good.
I loved the trilogy. The first two movies payed homage to John Carpenter's original just enough so that we knew what we where in for. The only few things I didn't like about Ends, was how Lindsey Wallace didn't have more scenes and how Michael Myers was sidelined. The rest of it was amazing, especially all of the scenes with Laurie Strode. Here's my ranking of the Halloween franchise from worst to best. 🔪🎃 13. Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers 12.
