Thank you everyone for telling your story's. Armando telling his story reminds me of me and the way i talk, with sounds and descriptions. I got a real kick out of hearing a Hispanic accent, mixed with a Jersey accent, talking the same way i do. We're all one. I wish more people would recognize that
That trucker is my favorite of all SC. Dude has the tone, poise, emotion and feel of a real experience…and his details and sound effects were incredible. There’s no way he maintained those emotions throughout if he’s lying. Thanks Armando, if you BSd us then you should be doing voice over work as an actor not driving a truck lol
Armando’s encounter & the sounds he imitated were incredible & sounded soo authentic like I was listening to a recording of their sounds. Just read 5 of our comments seems everyone agrees with me. This entrepreneur/truck driver owner operator needs to get his own podcast going. He’s extremely entertaining a wonderful voice to listen to full of emotion and has a lot of heart. You can hear it in his expressions in an every sentence very intense with extreme dramatic. Sounds just like a professional actor in New York or Hollywood He is absolutely the best story I’ve ever heard about the big hairy guy, this is my favorite show ever!!! I’d love to meet this Brother from New Jersey. He sounds awesome. Hope his buddy never has to go through something like that again hahaha poor pup pissed himself💩
I loved Armando 🤣 He had the greatest description and! Those vocals!!! You can tell this is etched in his memory forever! Thanks for sharing this Armado I could literally picture exactly what happened and what you went through!!
Armando was fantastic! I was captivated by his retelling of the encounter he and Buddy had. I hope Buddy was okay and recovered from that traumatic event. I have a small dog who gets frightened by loud noises and I think he would have passed out from something like that. Great details and descriptions, thank you!
This is absolutely one of my favorite SC encounters. I searched for months for it and then it finlay popped up on my feed so i was able to recor n my notes the season and episode numbers😉. But if cant listen to Armondo and hear the sincerity in his voice then your a fool
What amazes me is that people will listen to this man's recounting of a genuine experience and call it a lie or a delusion. Some people believe in nothing they haven't personally seen or experienced.
Wow if Armondos story is true, which i believe it is. Then it is one of the most spectacular big foot encounters ever. He experienced almoet everything possible in one encounter, absolutely incredible.

Armando, for years I would stop along that route to take a quick break. Truckers can put some coffee away and I had small coffee maker glued to the console that I would constantly run on my hauls out the Houston Port towards Tyler, Longview or Pleasanton. Sometimes while stopped at 2am on that same route on the side of the hwy 20, I too would wonder what was roaming around those thick wooded areas. Armando, the way you describe it holding up a pig with one arm reminded me of Gilgamesh holding up a lion. Those two might be cousins lol...
I was born and raised in longview and im listening from the woods outside longview in Hallsville. Ive heard stories of sasquatch on the sabine river bottoms. Dogman too
Armondo , that was fascinating. I know the area your talking about on I 20. They have cut all those trees down in the middle of the interstate. Maybe they knew about them.
I live so close to where he was talking about on I20...it is really wooded, and there are lots of hogs around here. I live way out in the woods, too. This is pretty interesting!
Hey Wes. I enjoy your programs. Obviously, I can see the date you post each story but how long ago were these programs recorded? I ask because a couple times I hear VN vets refer to there service as 40 or so years ago, but that war was over nearly 49 years ago and I always refer to my service in VN as over 50s ago. Old stories or new, keep up the good work.

I have driven that stretch of interstate 20 too many times to count, the place where the median gets big is by the Sabine River and despite Longview being relatively big (and mostly a ways to the North) there’s a good chunk of woods out there. That said I think it’s odd you would just stop and pull off the highway and the large shoulder entirely but I guess it’s safer than parking on the shoulder in some places. Still, odd.
