If I remember correctly the Ford part number for the flange is M4851B but double check. accessories.ford.com/products/2003-2004-cobra-pinion-flange There is a Dorman version you can get at your local part store for cheaper, that's what I did. This flange let's you put a normal universal joint on a 8.8 rear end.
I do not have a schematic, I kept parts from both the ford harness and the chevy harness, labeled every sensor, and slowly removed everything that was not needed one by one.
