❓QOTD: How do you handle arguments with your partner? 💌 I go live every day at 8AM UTC. Set your alarm! 🔗 - kick.com/missusmoonson 🔗 - twitch.tv/missusmoonson
Im usually really decent about it. Im the kind of person to diffuse the situation and try to keep peace. Ill just hold on to my feelings I know that isnt healthy. I try my best to use "I feel" statements instead of "you" statements when I do try to let my feelings known. I care alot more about my partner than my own self health.
Handling Arguments with Your Partner *Before* 1. Stay calm 2. Choose the right time and place *During* 1. Listen actively 2. Use "I" statements 3. Avoid criticism and blame 4. Show empathy *Resolving* 1. Take a break if necessary 2. Seek common ground 3. Apologize if necessary 4. Forgive and move forward *After* 1. Reflect on the argument 2. Reconnect with your partner 3. Learn from the experience Remember, arguments are natural. Handling them effectively strengthens your relationship.
Ik we were aiming for 24 mins but hot dam, congrats on the follower count tho. Arguments are bound to happen, though choosing when to argue and how is 100% necessary skill to learn. Knowing that in an argument “winning” shouldn’t be a priority but, more of coming to an understanding of each other.
I really like the cover art of the manga. For the QOTD I do have some experience, however not enough to really talk about it. I try to avoid arguing and tend to stay calm and diplomatic. For me and the situations I have been in, they either ended horribly or were just forgotten about a few days later. And I like the quote too. Sometimes you just have to not look back and focus on the future. But of course you also need some breaks to reflect on what you could have done better. But it usually is better to do so at a later time. The small mistakes you will have forgotten about and for the bibber ones you are a bit more detached to look at them more objectively

I've wrote in my book titled "things to do if I'm ever in a relationship".

Yes, this manga has a really cute cover. I agree with not looking back too soon or for too long. Learn and move on... Meow.
