Walter Hammel plays Broadway/Film classic "They Call The Wind Mariah" on the Lowrey Prestige Virtual Orchestra. It was written by the songwriting team, Lerner and Loewe for the Broadway musical “Paint Your Wagon” in 1951 and was a favorite for the troops in the Korean War. It was recorded by and became a hit for Vaughn Monroe in 1951. Also, Harve Pressnell’s version in the1969 film was a classic. Orchestration: Banjo, String Orchestra, Theatre Organ, Chorus and Sound Effects.
