DOT worker killed in Pottawattamie County

At approximately 9:15 am, Iowa State Patrol responded to I-80 eastbound mile marker 12 1/2 for a report of a crash.

I was heading east bound when came up on this. There was a rollback (flatbed) tow truck off in the median with the ups truck
