Buckin inspired me so much I decided to split some oak down here in Georgia. When I came in wife said cable TV is out, I sent that 8 pound splitting maul right through the wood into the ground and cut the shallow buried cable. No wifi or TV most of the weekend, so it was Buckin, Bellhopper, and Ironworks on smartphone rest of weekend.
Salute from Connecticut Buckin!!!! Not sure if you're even going to see this comment but about three months ago I saw your story about how you became sober and it inspired me so much that I actually have 2 months and 23 days clean off of opiates. I have a little one and like you said in your last night's live stream the kids need you! At that point I did start to tear up knowing that I made the best decision of my life and I have you to thank for that because it was because of that video I was able to reach out for help. So if you do get to see this comment thank you Buckin. And just so you know I'm an excavation Foreman down here in the lower 48 and have a couple Husqvarna saws myself but would love to get my hands on a McCulloch! Nothing like a good old Mac right!? Blessings to you and your family my friend!
Another good testament of human nature doing the right thing for children. Times are always gonna be tough and we need to reach out every once in a while. 💙

Thanks for making taking me to a calm state of mind, watching your videos buckin! I´m at a crossroad in life now, so watching your videos at night helps a lot. Makes me appreciate what really is important in life. - all the best from Norwegian woods.
Please don’t sell that battery saw short.A couple of years ago I got such a bad case of tennis elbow that I couldn’t even lift a coffee cup. That injury came from repeated saw starts while climbing. I have been climbing full time for 21 years, I have 3 gas saws and one battery saw . I was skeptical at first but now that battery husky is my favourite tool for cutting at height.Peace and love everyone who sees this✌️❤️
feels good cuttin wood for friends, especially for those unable to get out in the woods due to age or disabilities. Branches not so much fun but we do what needs to be done. Thumbs up Buckin!
I can have a crappy day in general, then sit down at the end while firing up a buckin vid. Makes everything better and instantly chamges my mood. Buckin, you had me rolling when you said "And another arm load of fir balls. What am I doing?" I got a good laugh. A deep down hearty laugh. It's good peeps like yourself, doing for others and brightening ones day. Thank you. I love ya mother. Now I'm in such a great mood, after i go tend the stove, I'll be back here to pick out another one of your vids to watch.
Hey buddy,I really enjoy your videos.Love to see those old MACs.Dad used one for years. It was heavy as lead. He’s passed on now.Good memories of when we cut firewood together.God bless
I only found this channel last night at the start of my shift, and I almost instantly subscribed. These videos feel like home, in a weird sort of way. I have many memories of splitting wood in my younger years, but haven't had the pleasure of an axe in my hands again until very recently. I can only dream of an axe as nice as any of the ones I've seen on this channel. Great content, and I still have many videos from the past to watch! I couldn't be happier.
I appreciate you cleaning the forest of fuel aka brush and branches. It might seem pointless but prevents forest fires from completely ruining the landscape and instead passing through leaving the trees unharmed.
I’m a firm believer that this man is the chuck norris of wood splitting. He doesn’t make contact with the wood, the wood splits itself out of pure fear.
If your not learning and trying new things.....your not growing...sometimes you got to change your ways.... This episode is the perfect example of love and kindness...and why it's ok to try new things and change your ways....rock on brother, keep helping people.

Hey Billy Ray, that fuel-injected saw is really sweet, though too big for me to handle. I have a bum shoulder but can still do a lot of things, just have to scale back. I tried a battery saw for a little while, must have had a lemon, because I had all kinds of problems with it. Maybe I need to buy a better model, just bite the bullet and pay for it. That wood you were splitting has the straightest grain I've ever seen. What a pleasure it must be to work through a pile of that. I have mostly Ash here in PA and it's usually pretty straight, but not as nice as Brian's tree. Thanks for sharing your experience and keep up the good work.
Great job, Buckin'. This was my dog's favorite video. He did several laps around the house looking for friends when he heard the barking. Then he settled down for a relaxing chewing session. Stay cool!
@@jeremybartlett1706 anything on your 031av would be a view from me, some comparisons of full house to skip tooth chains, 20” bars on 50cc and under comparisons would be good, simple muffler mods always fun, basics on timing for porting are always needed
Me too actually just this weekend. Spent all weekend tearing it apart cleaning it up. My Stihl dealer carry’s the factory paint I even repainted some of it. Love it! 031AV
The roofin blokes down under like the battery saws when cutting hardwood battens no cable to trip on and less likely to get pinched like a circular saw.

Little battery Stihl saw was perfect for tree planting team I had on the farm recently. Ready to go when they needed it to cut posts/rails and no noise in between 😎👍
Buckin - love your channel. I work trees in different states in the US and also Europe. Here is a scenario you might find interesting. In Colorado we often have fire restrictions- meaning that during high fire danger you are restricted to certain times in the day using your gas powered chainsaws. For instance you maybe allowed to use them from 9 am to 12! Thats it...for weeks or months on end. So very quickly we started using professional top handle power saws to stay productive - I use the Husky 540i XP - which. currently is the fastest, most powerful and capable of all of them. I encourage you to pick a good sized fir - ok - and run it against your Stihl 200! You will be surprised. A hard review by you would be great...not on the ground...in the tree. It is a truly legit and only option in areas where fire restrictions occur regularly - especially on moded muffler power saws! All the best to you!
