It's about amount and consistency. Matsuri is a lightweight and drinks occasionally while Lamy drinks a bottle of wine plus sake daily. Lamy's BAL when "sober" is higher than Matsui's when she's drunk.

Well they kinda did last year but not as in one on one, once during holocomi where fubuki and matsuri invite suntempo last year and 2nd was during 1st vtuber apex touney afterparty where astel got to team up with matsuri(and you're not going to believe how their interaction was at first coz i lol so hard at it)
