I dream that one day Holostars can have this sort of interaction with the Holo JP girls too.
truly, i hope that one day more of the girls will be open to collab,,,
It's not much but we do get some of these interaction like ARCSTARS apex team(Drunk apex is the best lol), Mario party collab(Rikka,Aruran,Matsuri,Fubuki) and Monster hunter drinking challenge collab. But yeah we still need more of like this,maybe another astel bullying matsuri again but it is in 1 collab(help i've awaken something weird in my mind).

I personally prefer more holostars x nijisanji colab rather than with hololiveJP. They seems much easier to get along with and non-awkwardly having fun together. Like on last apex tourney, Temma was grouped together with Fuwa Minato for the after party, and although that was their first time interacting they get along really well and even get a champion for that round.
Yeah, I'd prefer Stars x Niji collab, too cuz I feel like HoloJP collab is just a bit much drama for the boys.
Maybe the reason why they mesh well together is because Nijisanji just doesn't care with whatever barriers there is
Because even though the toxic ones are a minority, this imagery and the idol culture is very strong in HoloJp. In Nijisanji, you don't have this kind of imagery. So the collabs feel less of you meeting a celebrity and more like you meeting new friends

I think it's more like all Nijisanji member won't feel the awkwardness or fear when they collab with the opposite sex since they done that a lot.
Meanwhile HololiveJP and Holostar still have awkwardness and fear toward each other.
Like have you seen Nijisanji guys and girls NOT bickering or talking trash to each other? They done that already and the fans did not flame them since it's common in Nijisanji. (Example: Himawari being called chunky/fat by Kuzuha)
Imagine that with Holostar with HoloJP. I guarantee one of them will get absolute flame if they talk bad things to one of the member.

I've seen some comments about hololive JP and holostars blaming on the company (I feel like this point in unlikely as they do interact with each other) or idol culture (which I won't deny the possibility) but have you guys ever thought of also maybe they don't interact with each other because they have no reason to? That doesn't mean they are on bad terms or anything. Like some JP talents also haven't interact with each other much too but that also does not mean they are on bad terms. In the end, its up to the talents to see if they are comfortable or want to interact with holostars, vice versa
Also considering lot's of Hololive girl is introvert, even with same gender interaction some of member is pretty awkward.

Heck, i haven't seen any Gen 2 members (besides Subaru & Choco-sensei) collabing with EN or ID members or even Gen 4 members. The closest we got is Shion & Gura's interaction, Shion being featured in Coco's Meme Review, and Iofi being in Akukin

@@xxx_lolidestroyer69_xxxuwu58 what do you mean? shion collabed with Coco other times, was one of her first out of gen collabs if not the first, and I'm not sure but I'd bet that most of them went to Choco's quiz, aqua collabed with coco too and others, there were also many ark collabs too, what's for sure is that the first 2 gens overall don't collab as much nor exclusively with hololive, they are more "connected" outside than other gens, hence have other things to do or take breaks like ayame and shion lately, as for ID and EN there might be other reasons 🤷🏻♂️

NIJISANJI is not an idol company, they freely talk about whatever topic they wanna bring up once it doesn't break the contract, hentie, D*cks, Laugh at viewers having Smol pp, Platonic love, etc. Stuff you would talk between homies, they can have this free conversation with Males and Females unlike Hololive who may have some girls interacting with the Boys but, if they were to bring these topics with the Holostars, sh*t will go South.
And theres Utako who brought ""The Adults fav toys"" to a stream.
The reason why Holostar and Nijisanji member *looks like* have a good chemistry is because Nijisanji girls and guys won't feel the awkwardness or fear when they collab with the opposite sex since they done that a lot.

At the very least Astel's been trying to break that mold recently with ARC in v-saikyo, after their first meeting he started reverting back to his bullying self and griefed RBC a couple of times in their casual games, made Choco-sensei cringe with his Moe Yagoo fantasies and also declared he'll go after Matsuri every time he can, breaking Shibuya Hal's 30 seconds peace rule to shoot her during vsaikyo and not to mention that whole "Burn Natsuiro Matsuri dead" on twitter

About them rarely collabing with Holo JP tho.. Hololive members are virtual idols. They're supposed to be like "AKB48" remember? Of course, even AKB got few crazy members that fans "allow" to get away with some lewd jokes or interact with male colleagues/aquintances once in a while..
But generally idol fans in Japan are protective & very possessive. So we can't blame any Hololive JP members that avoid interacting with Holostars. They have to take care of their fanbase first after all..
Like i said, some members can get away with it because most of their fans are chill. But different members got mostly different fanbase. I hope people will understand & don't blame the girls..

If they completely abandon Holostars, then they shouldn't invest so many projects on them like 3D, sponsor collaboration and upcoming live concert, heck probably shouldn't even make new gen other than 1st gen from the first place, you see how bad the audience reaction when Stars being announced. That alone is more than enough reason to abandon them.
And subjectively, I think they don't expect the girls (except HoloID) to collab or expecting any attention from them whatsoever, they perish such thoughts probably. Therefore they seek collabs more from vtubers outside from Hololive territory to spread their name
