Thank you. I have been in freeze state my entire adult life. I do not have anything going for me like everyone else….especially in my family. Everyday I wake up exhausted and hopeless. No kids. No husband. No close friends. This is the only video I have come across where you have described everything to its finest detail.
Same. I'm 38 and have no friends, relationship, career, kids, often can't do anything much. I have financial support from my parents. I escape into my fantasy world and sometimes it's hard to get out of that because I don't want to face the world. I'm training to be a trauma healing coach/practitioner and that has helped me enormously this year, but my external life still doesn't reflect the inner shifts. Keep going with the inner work and somatic work...I'm just trusting that the more i do this the more things will start to open up and I'll stop this chronic isolation, fatigue, sleep issues, avoidance, ADHD, procrastination, depression, anxiety, etc. You're not alone. 💗💗💗 What's been helping me is doing a lot of EFT tapping on myself, somatic experiencing (just started working with a practitioner as well)...I just spent years journaling and trying to get to things somatically but I'd get overwhelmed by my emotions so much it didn't feel like the trauma was actually releasing. Now I've been feeling actual shifts, especially since finding I have mild sleep apnea and using a CPAP helps. Wish I could talk to you so we can not be alone!
You talk about a side of mental health that I’m dealing with that you have such great clear explanations and I don’t hear many people discuss. You helped me during a big freeze a couple months ago and I am going thru it again but I have more clarity this time. It still happened but listening to you I can start to SEE it. Thank you again.

Hi, just wanted to say I think everything you say is absolutely correct about the root cause of these chronic illnesses to be emotional at the root. You're doing an incredible job with this channel. I've also suffered a lot of emotional wounds, especially shame, which have left me in states of freeze, shut down, collapse etc... and feeling hopeless so your videos have helped me find validation of these experiences and solutions. If you haven't already, there's a segment from Teal Swan's workshop about chronic fatigue on UA-cam which you may find interesting. She talks a lot about emotional root causes of ailments in her teachings. You may also like Evette Rose who teaches metaphysical anatomy. Just thought I'd let you know of other teachers who corroborate with your perspectives that you may enjoy. Keep up the amazing work!
This couldn’t have come at a better time. Hit by another huge freeze state last night, feeling like I was crazy. Was it from food, emotions, what is causing this odd feeling in my body???? Knowing I did not want to go to a normal doctor for a prescription, but not knowing who to turn to to discuss this. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏🙏🙏. You are amazing. I love the knowledge you share. So easy to relate to, and take in 💝💝

Your explanation is crystal clear and very accurate. You talk from a real experience, and this is reflected in all that you say. I think I have been trapped in the suffering of the pre-wound arrival state all my life. The real pain, the core wound will generally never show itself, it will keep creating misery, suffering, tears and failures but it will not reveal itself except in rare cases. I am not sure why this happens. We suffer in our childhood, then we suffer in our adulthood because our subconscious mind is locking the door leading us to the pain which gladly offers itself for healing. What is sadly hilarious and very paradoxical is that once you reach the pain you feel free and happy!!! Real pain does not cause misery once you reach it, it just reveals itself as a very deep core pain for a short time, perhaps few minutes then you feel really really free.

Here you have used the Havenig Technique but used loving statements and comforting our inner child. Can you explain when we use the Fear and Haven and when to use loving words and Havening. Hello! 💖That's an excellent question!! (I'm sorry for the very slow reply). So, the wonderful thing about Havening is that it is so universally helpful. It can help us bring love and connection and compassion to ourselves when we're feeling a difficult emotion, or in times when we're feeling a difficult emotion and we don't know what it is and need to help it move, or in times we want to embed a positive affirmation of some kind (eg we are loved, safe, etc.). But to answer your question about when to Haven to a difficult emotion vs Haven to affirm love and safety, the answer is it's really whatever you feel more called to do at any given moment. However, I personally believe where most of us need more support and conscious focus is on allowing the difficult emotions to come up. So I tend to use Havening much more for the release side than the affirmation side because I have found the release side of things to be the most beneficial in my healing journey and see it as frequently the side of healing that we're missing and needing the most. But I use both! Because both Havening for release of difficult emotions and Havening for self-affirmation are really doing the same thing - creating love and safety somatically. 💕 I hope that answers your wonderful question!! ✨ Let me know if I can clarify anything else!
