Emotional Answers to Chronic Fatigue

If you have chronic fatigue or adrenal fatigue, you have a weight on you...a giant weight dragging you down, holding onto you...causing your fatigue. But what is that weight?? Most say it's a combination of things: daily stress, poor diet, deficiencies, genetics, inflammation, toxicities, etc. I was told these too and believed them for many years. But it's not what I've found. These were the SYMPTOMS of my illness. I wanted the ROOT CAUSE...and the root cause of my fatigue (the giant weight!) was EMOTIONAL TRAUMA...the month I started healing early life trauma was the month I started healing. So now, I'm on a journey of a lifetime, and I'm inviting you to heal with me! In this channel, you'll see me struggling to learn how to heal the past to heal my body, and along the way, you will gain the knowledge, practices, tips and tricks that have taken me years to learn, so that you can go through this healing process faster and easier than I have and free yourself of fatigue for good!!
Understanding Disgust: An Overlooked Emotion in Healing Chronic Fatigue and Trauma
Disgust is a core emotion!! But it's rarely discussed. And it can be a prominent and essential emotion to learn how to recognize, acknowledge, de-shame, and somatically release as we work to heal our developmental trauma and re-gain our life force energy. Disgust is held in the solar plexus chakra (specifically in the stomach organ), which is the chakra that helps us create healthy boundaries and direct our passions into action and drive. So if we have unprocessed disgust sitting in our solar plexus, it can inhibit access to and action towards our passion, direction, and purpose. It can also have physical repercussions like low stomach acid, chronic nausea, etc. In my journey, I've found that unprocessed disgust can also actually prevent us from moving anger effectively, which is a huge component in healing chronic fatigue! ✨Disgust is actually a natural, protective emotion that can unlock blocked anger and facilitate healing. So in order to work with disgust, we have to develop a loving somatic relationship with it... we have to learn how to embrace it and embody it to release it. I show you ways to do that in this video.
