We have a 12 year old husky who benefits from these. Her movement is noticeably worse if she's not been having them for about a week or two. I would definitely, definitely recommend them for pups with sore joints.
It’s crazy because 25 years ago when I bought my first horse who I trained for the hunter jumpers and we also did Hunter paces just for fun who was actually an ex racehorse and I had to get that same exact mixture which after much mixing and matching found out on my own that those four things together is like the ultimate joint supplement for all animals but we had to get it specially compounded from a vet because nobody would sell it like that. Then about 15 or so years ago I was buying it more or less separately and putting it together myself and then SmartPak came out and cosaquin
My border collie was hit by a car about two years ago and dislocated her hip and required surgery in which they had to remove to ball of her femur, she’s still having somewhat discomfort when we go on our normal walks especially when she runs ahead off leash, do you have any suggestions to help with the discomfort without medication because it’s a pain to get her to take meds
Your dog will be in a lot of pain without the medication. Ask your vet for oral pain relief, you can put it directly in the mouth. I'm vet nurse myself so I understand the struggle of trying to get animals to take medications.
@@Alexandriaxxanime unfortunately we’re going to have to put her down because she’s losing the battle with cancer and can’t eat or drink hardly anything anymore
I literally just bought that last week!!!

We give a similar product to our 13 yr old male Australian shepherd. He went from a gimpy old man back to being able to run again.
