Yes, Mike 1990 has much support for 215 mph winds (perhaps 220 due to its small size and incredible outflow) and sub 870s pressure. Landfall strength is unknown, but the pressure at landfall was 884 hPa (which suggests that it was a category 5 at landfall).
My exact estimate for Mike is 218 mph/867 hPa.
