It's not the heat that makes hens lay more, it's the daylight. :) People use lights for getting them to lay through the winter. (But they're designed to rest during those months, so it's not very good for them and lowers their lifespan!)

Milk in the meatloaf or with any meat helps keep the meat tender, is what my Grandmother always told me. It does something with the breakdown of protein so your meatloaf wont be so dense :) Thanks for sharing! Have a great week!

rice pudding,was always a favorite sweet treat when we were kids,even today,my daughter asks for it numerous times a week, sometimes plain other times we throw a handfull of dried currants in,so cheap and cheerfull xx
Pudding rice is good for this, I don’t know if you can get it in America. Any short grain rice should do it, I haven’t trooped it in a slow cooker but it should do the trick, don’t for get to use hole milk.
