It's funny how it turned out in an attempt to introduce the Living Vampire into the animated series 1994, in which it was forbidden to use the word blood, death and radiation, the creators made Morbius even more creepy with these suckers on his palms.

I used to watch the show all the time! It would come on right after Batman The Animated Series on that now defunct Fox Kids.
They even showed the entire series Toon Disney as,well as X MEN and X-Men: Evolution.

It was so cool how well the animators knew Spider Man’s character. They really shined a lot of light on acrobatics and his agility. I loved watching Spidey flip around
This cartoon was the evolution of crossover , x-men , blade , the punisher , iron man , captain America , you name em , you'll probably see em on Pete's cartoon , and I just finished a full review on Disney plus , of all 90s marvel toons a few months ago , they were all just as great as I remember them , I now know my childhood had a few great spots on fox kids.

X-Men and Spider-Man during this run was legendary and does not need to be tainted or corrupted by today's world if anything they should try to create and not try to revive too much reviving no creativity no narrative no drive no grit to tell a decent story when you can't create and come up with original ideas

If that's about Morbius, well, he was always kind of like that. Doesn't excuse the shitty movie that came out of nowhere, then ripped off twenty year old movies. Could have been so much better. But, yeah, their plans don't work. Shit sucks

The problem here is not only in Morbius lol. Venom and Venom 2 are just as shitty in every way. Although both characters had a very huge potential, which SONY, or rather Avi Arad, flushed down the toilet.

The first Venom is not ok... This is a cliched, one-type superhero movie of which 1000 without a clear plot and semantic core, which you forget about after the first viewing. And the problem is that for such characters as Venom and Morbius, more competent and serious approach is needed, their origin stories do not work as a superhero films, when it was possible to make very interesting movies with notes of horror and psychological thriller.
Man, too bad there already is a reviwer called the Cinema Snob...

Just recently started watching this show as an adult, Lizard and Scorpion are by far my favourite villains. Not necessary the deepest or most threatening or anything, I just think they're cool.
This show is great, just wish the episodes were longer so that these characters could get longer story arcs.
Everything was amazing about this show. The design for each and everyone of the characters from good to bad was amazing!! This and X Men was top notch Marvels anime back in the 90s. Missed them Saturday morning days

To this day I still have so many questions why they decided to do away with Max Dillon and reinvent Electro as the son of the Red Skull, of all characters. I read something that the show couldn't use villains that James Cameron was planning to use in his scrapped film, and that two of them were Electro and Sandman, thus explaining Sandman's absence from the whole series. My guess is that they got the green light to use Electro but had to make him as different from his comic counterpart as they could, so that's why they settled on the Red Skull storyline (which is still so bizarre of an idea).

Kingpin is my favorite.
Always enjoyed the Hobgoblin charecter. But he was at his best in the 80s when he was Spider Mans primary villian for a time. In the 90s he just became another guy unfortunately. Obviously, due to circumstances, the big reveal of who he was got completely bungled. (Obviously, im speaking on the Hobgoblin from the comics and not the version they used in the show)

A big Gripe with the 90's Spider-Man cartoon is that The Kingpin appeared WAY too Much and is behind Virtually every single Supervillain in the Show. Sure, He's the Big Bad, but gives Venom and Dr. Octopus the Spotlight once in a while and Not just be Kingpin's Crony.

Great video BUT... title indicates that you are coveing villains from SMAS which had DIFFERENT backstories than in MCU or even in comics... this is huge importance to the topic and should be pointed out that you are covering mixed things regarding some characters

You should have just stuck with the powers and characters back story established in the animated series and some comics before and during the show. Adding backstories from the MCU, video games, and comics after the show ended makes no sense.
