When do u use fleetfootwork and when do u use conqueror?
Fleet work is good vs ranged because its gap close
Use fleet if u r up against a tanky champ or a poke champ, use conq if u r confident in fighting ur lane 1v1

If you have a hard matchup and you can't fight often fleet better.
Yeah pretty much what Enes said for example Pantheon or Renekton
