I mean it's Boston or Florida, gonna be a tough round regardless, no team wants to get either of them in the playoffs and the Leafs would most likely have to go through both to get deep. Leafs are gonna have to play at top form if they want a shot.

Which matchup is best for the Leafs? Neither. They'll find some way to choke against either team, and it'll be a miracle for them to even get past round 1. All they can really hope for is that Papi gets his 70th in these last 2 games so that this season can actually mean something for them. I really hope they prove me wrong and at least go on a run to the Conference Final, but counting on it too hard is like Lucy holding the football for Charlie Brown.

Can ANY Toronto sportscaster ever just state the obvious. The Leafs have zero series players. Matthews is a good league player who scores goals during the regular season. He will not show up for the Cup series, the Leafs will not have a long run and the media hype will continue to fool the fans.
