This savoury bread can be found in many bakeries, uses sliced ham and diced bacon with rich cheese and tomato sauce, making this fluffy bread more delicious.
🍞INGREDIENTS
☘️Main dough
Bakers Flour 270g
Milk powder 15g
Caster sugar 30g
Instant yeast 4g
Salt 3g
Egg 45g
Milk 140g
Unsalted Butter (softened) 25g
☘️Topping
Middle bacon 1pc
Ham slices 6 slices
Diced cheese 50g
Tomato sauce
☘️ ** Preheat the oven to 175C/350F
** Bake at 175C/350F for 22-24 minutes
☘️ Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the loaf tin you use.

Can I check with you why is my dough always still very sticky after I used mixer after adding butter?
And the final proof is very long… :(
First make sure you don't add too much water, second you need to check the dough temperature after mixing (if the dough temperature is above 26-27 degrees celsius, the dough starts to proof) Third, if your dough is over mixed, it will be very sticky.
