Can't even IMAGINE how someone can hurt a defenseless animal! So glad that baby got taken in by a family who loves her!❤❤❤

Being deaf, it’s fairly likely that she got clipped by a car or a bike.
Another really common cause of broken jaw in dogs is running into a lawn sprinkler.
I fioster and feed stray cats and dogs. I've seen people swipe them for what seems to be no rreason at all.
Its probably a weak person that can't take their anger out on people their size so they hurt the poor innocent animal.
Best outcome. Not a foster fail, but with a friend and still part of their lives.

She’s so beautiful!! Every animal deserves a second chance!! I had a border collie who ear flipped over to the other side. Incidentally he lived for 19 years the vet said that was exceptional!! We had such a loving bond & I still miss him so much! Love to you for making her whole again! 🙏❤️
When I was in elementary school my brother that was 3 years older found or stole a young border collie... I was in my 30s when my parents put her down because she went blind, before that my younger brother's son was running playing with her... I just Googled, Google says they live 12 to 15 years but you had yours for 19, ours was over 20 and she didn't pass naturally
@@siahyoung6335 years after I lost him, I decided to have another B collie, he died from cancer at 6 years old, I was thinking he would last as long as my other one. That was devastating too, so now i cannot have another one it’s to heartbreaking to lose something so precious!
My border collie lived to 17. They are such amazing dogs, I think of her very often. She was my best bud growing up.

I have so much respect and appreciation for people like this. They take in this poor dog and put in so much time, energy, and work to rehabilitate her. They form a very strong bond with the dog, but are still able to let her go to a new owner so they can help another doggo in need. 👏👏👏
These videos are so life giving! I can’t begin to count the times watching a Dodo video has lifted me out of a bad day and gave me hope for this world.
Dodo is one of my sources for a total serotonin release when I need one.
I am completely in awe over how this little dog managed to recover from such extensive injuries! Truly incredible bit of humanity ❤ so did they she'll out for the surgery out of their own pocket? That would be a bank breaker for most people and for a dog they found on the street no less ❤❤

of paid for the surgery? Hard to know for sure. My sister fostered dogs and when they needed to go to the vet the place where she fosterd them thru paid for the vet bills.
She actually stopped recently doing foster care because she was wanting to keep all the dogs that came to her...she has 5 fur babies now 😂

@Daisy Wusky Actually there is NO Such thing as a PITBULL. It is a SLANG term and to be honest there ORIGINALLY was the 2 LINES Staffordshire and Bull Terrier. Go do some research and you will see what I am speaking on. People who have had and bred Staffys and Bull Terriers have Corrupted the Blood Lines and Trained them to Fight when the term Pitbull was started it was because they were put into PITS with another dog to see if they had GAME. It was NOT done for SPORT!!! They were Serious about their dogs. No dogs were hurt or killed as the OWNERS were trying to see how Courageous and FIT they were to PROTECT their herds or Property against any offensives. Go Look it up, these are Very Old Lineage of Breed back to the 1800's. Poor Training, and Irresponsibility of Owners is why you have DOGS doing the Horrible things you read in the news. Did you know that ALL TYPES of DOGS hurt, maim or kill not just so-called Pitbull type dogs???

I rescued a white pit who is totally DEAF-one of my neighbors let him loose on a busy four lane road- I saw him frogging in traffic- I ran outside I found him-mine now- I named him
SONAR- he knows sign- I will never know why he let him run to the streets

6 dogs and 11 years later, I couldn't ask for more. They are my world, and I provide them with the best life they deserve. I try not to think too much about the 2 who are in their golden years, but they are full of life, and all of them are a true blessing in my family.

What a heartwarming story. I have a little chi mix who was turned into the shelter with a broken jaw when she was only 8 weeks old, luckly she didn't need a feeding tube and only had a wear a muzzle until her jaw healed. I will never understand how people can hurt these defenseless animals.

Boo looks and behaves just like my late pittie Fionna did. She was a petite girl, deaf, all pink and white, super spicy personality! She was a super cuddler, and loved to zoom around the house! The only thing she didn't have were the bunny ears. 😆 She was a laugh riot. Wishing Boo and her new mom many happy years!

This is cruel and heartwarming at the same time! It wasn’t anything out and about that broke her jaw, aside from some cruel, evil, horrible person! Boo has a will to live and it just goes to show that with treatment, kindness, love, compassion, encouragement and friendship goes a very, very long way. I just lost my pup of 17 years on 4.19.23 and this video shows me there’s hope and I can still find comfort knowing there’s light at the end of the tunnel and one day I’ll be able to adopt again! Thank you Boo!
