Played Healers for 14years, but in DF I made the choice to learn to play DPS so I can push rating with my IRL friend. I learned to play Warlock because it is one of the most versatile casters to mix with other classes for 3s and my friend is the kind of guy that never plays the same class. Also, every season you can be sure that you have at least 1 Warlock spec that is good. So, I pretty much chose to play Warlock for "logical" reason, but I can easily say that Demo is my favorite class in the game and the one that fits my defensive-oriented playstyle the best :)
I got interested in DEMO lock when doing Torghast with a friend and he had 50 imps n a bunch of minions and I said yes, I want to do that. Using implosion to kill someone in pvp got me hooked tho'.
Can you do an in depth analysis of talents and how to switch around on affliction based on comps like this video? Also your perspective on Warlock standing, easiest spec to grow to +2k

What made me play warlock wa, in Cata you could shadowflame in melee form and have your felhunter take huge bites out of ragnaroc. It was so much fine.

I bought the staff because I saw it was highly used on murlok and answering your question: I always played WoW for maybe 1-2 months per expansion since the end of TBC, but I never found a class that I really liked and that always frustated me, this year I promised myself I would at least get to level 80 and experience a little bit of the end game, and I choose the Warlock just because of the concept of the DnD class, and I loved it, I'm still learning the class but I managed to get to 1690 in solo watching your videos
you don t need to do pve at all, the gearing system in WW is completely separated, you get honor than buy Conquest,you convert the conquest into tier set .you get Weapon Tokens to buy conquest once you earn 2600 conquest on that character in the mail ,than go buy what you need for weapon :D

Some people will say that there is shadow priest, true it is a shadow caster but he have no dark presence in design like warlock, warlock almost every gear set is dark/evil looking (not some light infested church dresses), also this all cool looking warlock spells. I totaly suck in playing this class, warlock is for me hardest dps class to play in pvp, to get 1800 in solo shuffle (for this damn beautiful shoulders) it is nightmare, but I still love it and I keep trying (";..;")
I tried Warrior first off friend recommendation. I didn’t like it at the time (main now lol) then I played Lok because of flavor. I mained Lok all the way until Dragonflight final season at which I realized I always had more consistent success on Warrior so That’s when Lok became a Alt.
*small fix you can keep having Legion strike to kill totems in case Soul Strike is on CD, just put it below it. /cast Whiplash(Special Ability) /cast Shadow Bite(Basic Attack) /cast Lash of Pain(Basic Attack) /cast Soul Strike /cast Legion Strike(Basic Attack) /petattack
Thank you for the guide and macro. I want to ask, when I have this macro binded, should I turn off autocast of this pet abilities and cast them each time manually (only when I need them to be cast) or leave them on autocast?
What's the rotation outside of cooldowns? I guess Dreadstalkers on CD and Hand of Gul'dan otherwise generate shards with Shadowbolts? Also is there any reason to use Corruption or Implosion outside of niche cases like maybe dotting a stealther or something or can I safely unbind them? Cheers for the amazing content Jaz

I've only recently started playing destro lock in TWW, and its mainly because of your content. I was planning to have frost mage be in my top 4 this expansion, but it didn't hook me. Maybe i just like green fire to much?

Maybe I'm wrong ... but there were times when the demo lock was exciting ... I played the class in MOP... It was hard, but it was exciting and rewarding when you win. I just don't see it here.

Its hilarious to me how vids (not just you) creators always spam the rotation like their dps depends on it. GO ONE BY ONE SO ITS EASY TO UNDERSTAND! Have a nice day. There is no easy spec. If you play lock be ready to get trained in 97% of your games

we dont use corruption, it's always Charhound->Dreadstalkers->Hand of gul'dan(if possible) --> Tyrant
