When its your first switch, always expect more than 100% hike, coz uske baad kabhi milta nhi(rare case me milta h). Also, get the latest testing skills, khud se kuch automation me try kro, and get some other things like CICD pipeline to compliment your role, so aise you can ask for more. Considering your 4.3LPA, 10LPA would be basic to consider for change, thn you can go upto infinity based on your skillset. Remember, first interviewing company always wont provide 100% hike. So jo bhi milta h, get it and use it as counter offer. All the best❤ I hope this helps✌🏻
