Iam in my 4th month of my first job and i have already on the 7th ghalti.. but after watching this i will make sure that 7 is not repeated and remaining will not even cross my mind. ❤️🔥❤️
Recently completed an internship. And after watching this video, I can say that there was no difference between today's me and Warikoo then. I made all the mistakes he mentioned in the video, the biggest among all was "doing job fast, not right'. Fortunately, I have got an offer from one of the industry leader in my country. Tomorrow will be my first day as an HR officer. After completing internship, I reflected on my journey and figured out what went wrong and what I did well during my tenure. Thank you warikoo and I promise, I will work on all these and become better me.

The best part is that Do's and Don'ts are equally covered to make the audience learn and improve their lives. Keep coming and hats off for being so humble.
Sometimes what happens is you make mistakes because you are not having the correct people around you. Eg - 1) They don't make you feel proud of your little achievements. 2) They don't teach you properly. 3) They just do their work and don't focus on you. 4) They are not the kind of person to whom you can make a good connection (you are not able to connect with them) You make mistakes daily and don't be scared of people you are trying to be good at in your job and want to be happy and make people happy.
Needed this 😢 having rough days at work as fresher not able to meet their deadlines as I am very new to the project but not finding anyone to guide or even have a talk with
This is same thing I have realised and gone through but this video has opened my eyes. From this day I will not repeat and this ten responsibility will be the first priority in my entire career. Thankyou for this eye opening lecture.
9. Be understanding about the company's decision This is exactly what is wrong with us. We never question any decisions that are forced upon us. Hum bas yahi maan ke chalte hai k agar kiya hai toh kuch soch samjh ke hi kiya hoga. For a decision that we can see is wrong, why should we not question it.
I must say this video has so much to learn for freshers like me! But the sentence focus on outcome not output truly makes us the real developer! Thank you for this video Warikoo sir.
I disagree with the 8th point. Nowdays every company wants to just get the employees in the cheapest possible rates, I myself has encontered many companies who are offering 15k a month, Like really, do companies really expect someone to work for 15k, one cant even afford basic living expenses in this salary. So, my suggestion, make a strong decision about your salary set a lower benchmark and dont break that. for example, I set a benchmark for myself after graduation of 30k and I decided that I wont go below that, I had many offers of 25k but i rejected them all and after that got a 33k offer. it worked for me. dont underestimate yourself. research the market standard, know your potential and just go for it.
Thanks sir.. After watching this video ,i have released that what were the mistakes that i did for which i didn't recruited as permanent employee in my previous company
Wow!, I've made all these mistakes in my first job, thank God I stumbled upon this video, before start of my new job. Will make sure not to repeat them
Thanks to your first manager because of whom you left that job and have grown to this level and helping all youngsters to grow too. None of your ex-colleagues would be at this level of peace.
Today is my second day in my job as a bartender and literally speaking this is my first time as bartender.....it was such a hard job and I am being depressed but I found this video and I am motivated...thank you so much sir...Now I believe I will bang this job with confidence 🙂
So glad to have found this video, coz I am at this stage right now..at my first job and somewhere each and every point is relatable to me and I think I am doing similar to that in some manner...thanks for sharing these points.
Sir to be honest, i was fired from Accenture from my HR OPERATIONS POSITION for making many mistakes. And you're absolutely correct with these 5 points. I went through these.
I made these same mistakes in my previous company, despite serving the longest duration in that company. Now when I am asked questions on the outcome during the interview, I am often baffled to say anything significant that any employer would trust me. Also, they're offering less salary packages for roles which should be having a higher package. As an employee, I have started feeling that Internal promotions should be given preference rather than making lateral switch
I stopped the video after two minutes.... Anyhow let me suggest you doing mistakes is very common and it sector always want things to be done fast and won't give you the right time to get your basics rgt. It's always the employee who is wrong, warikoo kind of gyaan even my manager gives, there nothing called a mistake, if employee does a mistake then mostly it's due to many factors. This warikoo is in the top of hierarchy rgt now so these people speak something but at the end they all need it fast no matter whatever it takes.
Amazing you are the perfect person to talk to or to listen to I was too confused as I’m a intern and I had all the doubts about how to reach to a good level and promote but I realised I’m making all of these mistakes and I definitely should make changes in myself :) thank you so much Ankur it’s really helpful Wish you lots of love and success

All my team members n manager will say don't do the same mistakes again n again but im still doing those mistakes in a different manner. Ian so depressed and blane myself and feel demotivated for the same mistakes i make. But this video enlightened. I need to learn from my mistakes and implement the learning. Thanks that was motivating n safes my poor self

My Man Ankur. I can so relate to this video. I was doing so many of these mistakes but no body put it into perspective like you did. This video of yours is like that ghost manager that you give a channel to realise what you are doing wrong. Not only this but all of your videos they made me be so organized be it finance, investing, personal growth, thinking. It's a blessing in disguise that I came across your channel. And I am looking forward to more of it. A big thanks 👍
Thank you Sir, your speech on the induction program at FORE (19-21) batch had inspired me to wake up everyday and work to the best of my capacity. And like always I find your content extremely relatable and thought provoking.
One more re-watchable video for me on youtube. After watching the full video I realised that, I have been doing all the same mistakes you have pointed out. But never made some time to evaluate them yet. I hope in coming days, will not do such mistakes again. Thanks for this amazing video.❤️

The last mistake is truly important.we just forget to stand for ourselves when the situation demands.

Here I am watching your video a day before my first job ❤️Thanks a lot !!!
I am 10 months in my first job, so many things I learnt the hard way which I could have just learnt from here
Very true.
What job you're in, and how's your experience? 😊
Mistake number 11: I did it right, same thing happened with me and I stood for it. Thank You Sir for this, very helpful ❤️
Does it work? I couldn't do it by thinking it might backfire.

Every mistake that I am doing every day, truly aspiring. Just writing these mistakes on my board with a goal to fix them.

Warikoo === mistakes + hardwork + brain
One of the best lesson: Trust is the most important thing.
9. Be understanding about the company's decision
This is exactly what is wrong with us. We never question any decisions that are forced upon us. Hum bas yahi maan ke chalte hai k agar kiya hai toh kuch soch samjh ke hi kiya hoga. For a decision that we can see is wrong, why should we not question it.
Such a great lesson by your experiences.
Love your videos warikoo sir.
So nice of you
I must say this video has so much to learn for freshers like me! But the sentence focus on outcome not output truly makes us the real developer! Thank you for this video Warikoo sir.
This is absolute treasure and this man is beyond amazing in how He conveys his thoughts with clarity, simplicity and yet convincingly.
I joined my first job 9 months ago...this video Very relatable !

"main bhool chuka hu .. par aap gintey rahiye" 🤗
All points pointed in passive way to not offend anyone...just amazing..
