    I support your approach. Although the haters will be pounding you with the fact that this is not Carnivore and that will be correct. I would rather see a man get healthy and eat healthier rather than putting no effort into losing weight. 30 days will just be the beginning. You will start feeling better and you will start dropping all the unnecessary extras like the plant based foods. You will lose weight faster with out the carbs from the plants. Good luck and I am looking forward to watching your transformation. I have been carnivore for almost 5 years now.

    There are oxalates in almonds. Look up sally K. Norton. She explains all about Oxalate toxicity.

    I'm here to cheer you on! One day at a time, brotha! Just remember weight fluctuates, so don't become discouraged! Keep on it!
    I am starting a carnivore diet on Wednesday. I live meats, so this should be a no-brainer for me.

    Good luck on your diet do intermittent fasting aswell as carnivore and the weight will fall off you 👍

      Yea i agree,
      Im not trying to he funny but ketosis will eat you the hell up. U have a lot of fat and bloat in your body like i did and the fat melted like butter in 350 degree skillet.

    Eating Avocado and almonds technically makes it an animal based keto diet, not carnivore. But its fine.
    Also, you don't have to eat so much liver. It has a lot of nutrients but people say it has too many, like copper RDA in 4oz of liver is over 1000%, 10x recommended. Now, that isn't a problem by itself but it could be, especially since zinc is supposed to balance it out but zinc in 4oz of liver is only 40% or so. In a cow, the liver makes up about 2% of the body, so its not like we ate liver all day every day in our ancestry.
    Basically I'm concerned you might think you have to eat like 1 lb of it every day, if you do, that could cause problems. The fact that its super lean doesnt help as well.
