I have a problem too. Now I have another device and I can't charge it either. As soon as I bought it, the red charging button came on and after 1 hour it turned off. I can't charge it anymore. I had the same problem with the previous device. I thought I was stupid for not knowing how to charge it. HELP!

It says charge for 15 mins and that lite remains red. I forgot and left it charging for an hour. Its ok but the water sprays goes everywhere!! and it hurts yr tongue😂
Charge for 16 hrs!! Ok its back on charge
After only three uses my Nevadent dental irrigator device no longer pumps water. It turns on, makes noise, but doesn't pump out any water.
I threw away the receipt, unfortunately, so I cannot return it. It is a rip-off, I bought in Lidl a few weeks ago.
